1. after CC is charged, one has to wait till about a week to get PER email.
2. LVO is speeding...now | after PER is recieved - LVO will inform by 40-50 days

Please see answer to your quires as below.

1.Its depend on when your application was received by CIC and other eligibility factors. Currently most May 3 weeks applicants are receiving PERs.Please go to the spred sheet for statistics , I encourage you to register yourself.
2. Lond Visa office is obviously slow but seems better now as some applicants have been contacted. Pls go to Ss for details.

3.I have my PK PCC with validity of 1 year.
