My earnest request to you is to consult your doctor. We are not specialist enough to comments issue like this. However, it is always suggested to avoid X-ray by pregnant mother. We don't know how effective the protective shield. So again, talk to your spouse's doctor.

Hello Lovely People,

I am back with one of my requests again for you guys to help me out. The thing is that I have received my MR earlier this week and I scheduled an appointment for getting the medicals done on Monday. We came to know last week that my wife is pregnant (nearly 5 weeks). I have been searching on the net regarding the medical examination and I came across a few cases where people have deferred the X-ray till delivery and some actually got it done with a protective shield over the abdomen.
Can anyone please advise what to do? Should we wait till the baby is born or get the X-ray done with the shield?

I was thinking of applying in 1114 as well as I have 5 years of experience in financial data analysis and interpretation but somebody told me that your application will be rejected first hand as your degree and experience does not match .......

If you have 5 yrs experience in financial data analysis, you may qualify for 1114 based on your job description, irrespective of educational Degree.

I wasn't aware of your work experience and hence had earlier mentioned NO. Degree and work experience are not related for qualification.

If you send additional document, will the original receipt date of your application move back to the receipt of the additional document?
This scenario is still unclear to me.

At least in robsmann's case, the application filed date didn't change with the additional document.

Following is the description of transaction on my credit card account online:

I called BofA and confirmed. They said that this transaction has been approved.

Thank God and thanks to the experts on this forum that my amount got deducted even though the original CC was blocked. Payment has been charged against my new CC.

Being a 28 May applicant, I was not expecting any action before next week but thankfully got the good news today!!!! HAPPY WEEKEND..PARTY TIME!!
