My Consultant told me - He has seen those cases where CIC came back asking for a fresh DD to send.

Well, i am nobody to predict there is a problem with the application.
What I meant is either you will have a positive or a negative result. So, if you havent got back your app by now, then lets hope it is positive and get through this time patiently.

What could be the possible reasons?? to get a negative result. My Application doesnt have any issues...
ITELS with valid rates and times. WES is with perfect time and validty.
All are notarised copies -with signatures in it.
I doubt would there be an issue with Reference letters - but those were reviewed and accepted by my consultant. Not sure of the issue

Dear all, with god`s grace yesterday I received my per mail from consultant.
noc 2132
App rec. Date 20th may
dd encashed date 2nd sept. ( as per PER)
Per date 9th sept.
visa office london

but my uci no. Is not showing any result on ecas yet.!!

The answer is a clear YES.

For you to be given points, CIC should be able to know which NOC your employment belongs to. For that to happen, they use the criteria of roles and responsibilities, which are included in your reference letter.

My previous employment is for 1 year only.
My current employment is for 1 year and 4 months now.

And I need to claim overall work experience points for atleast 2 years to qualify.

So I need to claim points for my current work also.
WILL I NEED REFERENCE LETTER IN THIS CASE.?

Brother, have patience and try either calling CIC or send them an email to find out. Dont worry, there are people on this forum who applied on same date as you and are getting their DD's encashed... so that;s perfectly normal . . . .
