I need your advice if you have help:

Application Rcvd: May 16th @ 1PM
CC charged: 26th Aug
NOC: 2174

Next Update .....? I have seen other friends already got responses.

I would like to know whats does this mean...need to wait for few more days / weeks ??

How the process works ? will the next thing be PER / Rejection Email Or could be other possibilities.

Identification Type: > Client ID Number / Unique Client Identifier
Identification Number: > enter ur UCI
Surname/Family Name: > last name in CAPS
Date of Birth: enter as per BC/PP
Place of Birth: enter as per BC/PP

lastly dont forget to hit the "CONTINUE" button

App rec. Date 20th may
dd encashed date 2nd sept. ( as per PER)
Per date 9th sept.
visa office london

but my uci no. Is not showing any result on ecas yet.!!

It should be PER in a few days or weeks time. Chances of Rejection at this stage is low, unless there is something not verifiable in your NOC . No one knows for sure. You can refer the spreadsheet link below in my signature to see how others with your same timeline faring.
