Need your expert advice on the queries below:

1) My relative wants to file for FSW under Noc 0711. Till when the applications will be accepted??? ( Dec 31 2014 or Apr 30 2015)

2) Anyone who has applied for NOC 0711 & have received PER, request you if you could share the Job Description mentioned in your experience letter, so that he can get one similar of that kind.

3) What is the IELTS minimum requirement for both PA & Spouse.

4) He has Around 8-10 years of Exp in this NOC , however in last ten years its will be around 4 years. How many points he will get for his exp??

5) His real sister is a Permanent Resident of Canada ( Not Citizen) will he get " Points of his Relative " ??

Well definitely, even fax them and mail out a copy to CIO. Don't Forget the cover letter.

Hi Saps,

I am a 29-May applicant (NOC 2174). In my application, I had not included my spouse's BC however I did include a signed application with her high school certificate in lieu of the same. Post sending my application, I now have got her original BC made from Municipal authorities. Can I send it as a scanned attachment in an email to CIC? Since you mentioned you had done the same, can you please provide the email ID to which you sent the email?

I guess you are from NDVO. None from NDVO receive passport request.

BTW, don't find you in the SS. Please get enlisted.

My medical received status updated on ecas on 2nd sep.,2014, but did not hear anything about Passport request yet. Is anybody received PPR recently??.?

Please let me know approx time to get PPR?

Got a question re Securities agents, investment dealers and brokers (1113)

Pl refer to this link on NOC site for 1113

Under Employment requirement, point# 4 - its stated :
"Licensure by the provincial securities commission in the province of employment is required for securities agents, investment dealers and brokers."

Do i need to have licenses prior to applying for PR under FSW? Is it a pre-requisite?

I feel this information is for someone who has landed on PR and looking for a job, please confirm.

Yes you can change the address.. Just login to the site and change address in your details.. Easy peasy.. I even confirmed that they would now mail it to updated address..

i follow same like you, what i receive double it and pass on...in return i gain triple and the formula applies the same, which doubles the doubled ones...

LOL most of the info i am sharing, is the info i learnt/received from experts like Oscar, Century, Ashif and others like you. I am just a follower, doing my bit.

I think its best to keep oneself up-to-date to the happenings, than be in the dark. What you learn, you pass it on. Also keeps one mentally sane right?

Yes I emailed them and attached scanned copy of my reference letter and they replied about 40 days later to confirm my docs have been attached with my initial application and that I will be contacted in due course. In the email I mentioned both packages details like waybill #, received by who, when. Also my name, passport #, Dob, and nationality. I didn't have a UCI #.
One thing for sure one's application if successfully attached with additional docs will not get pushed to the new receipt date.

Your post has come in so timely. I was just working on my cover letter for additional documents (Reference Letters); since you have just nailed it I am going to run through you what I am sending (in sequence):

• Bar Code Pages from original application

• Cover Letter (Highlighting all information, reasons, an apology and lots of gratitude)

• Additional Document

• Copies of online courier receipts stating the date the application was received

Am I good to go?

P.S. which courier service did you use? (from India?)
