Few Corrections needed
1) During waiting time, my passport got re-issued, so now how should I let know about my new passport details to whom? To CIC, Sydney where I sent my application or to NDVO? If to NDVO, then at what mailing address? I am not getting any exact information from the website. I got one link about NDVO , is this the same link on which I should send my updated passport details by filling up on-line form?

2) In PER e-mail, it is clearly written that “If additional documents are required, you will be provided an address to forward required documents. Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. change of passport or address etc. Please include a letter identifying what the changes are and any relevant supporting documents.” In above statement VISA OFFICE means my local visa office from India i.e. NDVO, correct? So in that case, in case specific inquiry, I should use above link and I should upload my updated latest passport t details? OR am I supposed to send any hard copies of my latest passport and related documents to NDVO by courier?

3) Now what would be the next step from CIC or NDVO? Will NDVO send me AOR? And then should I approach them OR let them know about my updated passport details?

[size=10pt]cic or cio wont contact u now, ndvo will. they are not issuing AOR this year, u will directly receive MR in next two months time.yes u must let them know about ur passport change.[/size]

4) Approximately how much time will it take that NDVO will request for my PCC, medicals & RPRF? What kind of documents generally NDVO ask to submit? I mean any updated/latest proof of fund, latest reference letter from the present employment, etc.? Please suggest if any one got such request from NDVO. Do we need to submit our medical reprts to NDVO or our respective physian/hospital send our medical reports direclty to NDVO?

[size=10pt][size=10pt]it will Might take about 2 months time from receiving per to get MR call. in the mean time u start preparing PCC as it takes more time so by the time u receive MR or pcc call, it will be ready with u. ndvo can call for any documents (indian member please shed some light on it), u don't need to send ur medicals, ur doc will send it themselves to ndvo.[/size][/size]

5) After submitting PCC, medicals & RPRF, when I will be asked to send my passport for stamping visa to NDVO and in how much time they will send return my passport with visa stamps?

[size=10pt]after medicals, pcc and rprf, u will get call for passports within one month time (Sometimes it take more time), they will stamp visa in 2 weeks time and u get back ur passports in 3rd or 4th week.[/size]

6) So overall, after getting PER e-mail form CIC, how much approximately time it will take to get my PR/stamped visa on my passport for Canada?

7) What would be the last step of my entire Canada PR procedure? After getting final visa on my passport am I supposed to fly to Canada in 6-8 months or within a year from the date of visa stamped? What would be the procedure over there after landing in Canada?
It will be landing procedure. Once your landing is complete ECAS will change to "Complete". You visa validity is based on Medical done. So for instance if you did Medical in Jan 2015 then your visa validity will be till Jan 2016. No procedures after landing. Free to go wherever you want in Canada.

How much money I am supposed to take with me? Not more than CAD $ 10000, am I correct?

You have to declare funds if you are carrying more than $10000. If you are going to carry more than $10000 than also carry proper documentation regarding source of money other wise if CBSA officer suspect that you don't have proper documentation they will seize money determining it to illegitimate and will give you 30-60 days to provide proper documentation to claim that money + you have to pay fine.
[size=10pt]u can take as much money as u can, more then 10000, u have to declare it at airport in Canada. u can take millions with u as long as they are yours and legal.[/size]

9) Last question, what should be my minimum stay in Canada after my 1st time landing? Can I come back to India to wrap up all my outstanding matters? If I can, then when should I fly back to Canada again 2nd time and how much days will I have to stay there compulsory to validate/continue my PR with a view to get faster Citizenship?
There is no minimum stay in Canada after completing landing. Yes sure you can go back to India after landing but without PR card you have to apply for Travel document or you can enter back in Canada through land border of US-Canada using COPR.
Present rule says that you have to be in Canada for minimum (1095 days)3 years out of (18255 days)5 years. There is no such rule that you have to be in Canada for 3 years without leaving Canada or you will be ineligible.

[size=10pt][size=10pt]u can stay for one day only......but must stay their for about 45 to 60 days to receive initial PR and other cards and documents. u can travel back to ur country and wind up things and can go back. u have to stay about 3 years without leaving to get citizenship.[/size][/size]

Was it before your application processed at the CIO leve or in the visa office? Sorry, I didn't get it.

And reading your above post not putting NAs there is not a major error. You are fine on those tiny things.

And yes I have experience of getting my later sent material added to my original package and also getting a confirmation from CIC that the addition was successfully done. I suggest though, you don't worry at all about these tiny misses of NA and similar stuff. Take care!

My application fee was charged right about when my courier got there (may be was charged a day earlier) and then 35 or 40 days later I got PER so essentially processing was going on at that time.

Congratulations AShweta. Request you to please update the spreadsheet with your details. You can find the entry link in my signature below. The next step is depending on your VO. If its NDVO, u have to wait for your MR/PCC email.

I have two questions here sorry for asking so many questions but I know we have lot and many more lovely peoples from all around the world who'd just pinch in to provide any help or support..

1) Marriage Certificate - I have our Muslim Marriage certificate and don't have the Registered Marriage certificate which is issues in Marriage Registrar Government office. But, when I asked them they said it will take exactly a month and I am eying for 2171 NOC.
Should I got with the affidavit and a self attested letter that I don't have at the moment and apply and attached the Payment slip and tell them that I will provide it when I get it. What do all the Ladies and Gentlemen suggest ??

2) Roles and Responsibilities - Our HR had refused me providing me the Roles and Responsibilities in the company letter head, even after request them more than 3 to 4 times they didn't provided me and told its the policy that they cannot break. So, I got my Roles and Responsibilities in a Stamp Paper and duly signed by my Senior colleague who is a Technical Consultant and has been working with me since last 8 years.
The situation is, I am with the same company for last 8.5 years and have my offer letter, Promotion letter and incremental letters which mentions the Job description. So, I got the HR Director write me in a mail that she cannot provide me the Roles and responsibility and would keep it with the attested letter by colleague.
Has there been any case rejected because of the Roles and responsibilities provided by a senior technical person in place of the HR? In-spite of keeping all the supporting documents...

b1: yes affidavit with all supporting like emails should be helpful. If the Muslim marriage cert has words other than in English/French, then you may have to get that translated and notarised as well. I will let others with similar certificate to your case, also request to answer this question.

b2: Yes this should work. Your Senior colleagues letter can be on a plain paper, with all details of his designation, contact and company details.This need not be notarized and a business card if available would make the doc more strong. All possible supporting in this case, would be very good to attach.

As per the Canada Gazette FSW act 2014 , its 30/Apr/2015. However this may change by their ministry in the future.

Kindly clarify something regarding PCC for me....

I included all 4 PCC I needed to provide and that were issued last year September from the various authorities.

These were still valid when I submited my application 12 May. I have received my PER mail too. I have not revisited 3 of these countries since, but I am residing in the fourth.

My Question: Will I be required to redo the other three PCCs? Should I start requesting new PCC now? Can the requirement be waived?

I doubt you will be requested for the 3 PCC's from the other countries, especially if you have not visited them since you have received PCC clearance from them. I think those PCC's are still valid.

Hi, I believe forum representation can vary +/- 5% by NOC category. Not all NOCs are represented equally for sure. Rest is up to you to decide!

Folks are generally more concerned with representation for 'their' NOC and when you do this same math by NOC you will find variations from early 20s to mid30s in percentage and of course outside this range in some cases. Cheers!

Please find enclosed the replacement forms for the above.

It's now obvious that CIC has actually increased their fee charging speed (average # of applications charged per day) - and it looks like they've been working with this speed for about a month already. I've updated the Charge Date Estimates tab to reflect the new speed.

Hi. Im new here. My documents was received July 28, 2014 in Nova Scotia. I am applying for 3012 noc. As of now Sept 2014, the total apps received was 57. Can anyone predict when the cap for 3012 will possibly be filled. Im scared that my application will not be considered since it took me 3 months to apply after the reopening of the fsw program. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks. ;D
