If someone applies under TWO NOCs, what is the procedure followed by cic? Does it give PER to both NOCs and what happens next? Does Local VO cancel 1 NOC and keep another one OR how does it work?

Yes both get PER if both are fine, and then VO asks which one to withdraw.

in the PER email its been asked to send in my new job details also my new address
however i dont knw where to send them
do i have to send to the
1> Visa office - CPC-Ottawa
2> NOva Scotia CIC office
You have to sent it to CPC-O as your application has been transferred from CIO to CPC-O.

Hi Oscar,

I dont have access to the SS. (Most probably since i use the system at work and many sites are blocked).

My Current application status

Application received - 6th May , Credit card Charge - end of May, Postive determination of Eligibilty Email - 26th June, Medical, PCC - 4th September.

So my question is based on the SS, is there an estimate of when can i hear next from New Delhi Visa office?

Hi Mate,

I don't see 'estimate for MR to Passport Request' data filled in for NDVO in the 09 Sep SS that I have downloaded with me, probably because of lack of data points for such cases at this time.

Cheers!
Okay. Thanks for your prompt response. :)

I had submitted an inquiry to CIC in hopes of receiving my UCI number, however after waiting 35 days I got an e-mail saying that in order to reveal UCI number I need to provide my passport number. My question is: Do I need to send another inquiry and wait for another 35 days or can I just reply to that e-mail and receive a quicker response?

Also, should I be expecting my PER this month or am I too optimistic? ;D ;D (I'm a June 4th applicant)

Hello
Here is another perspective based on the numbers from CIC Caps.

CIC Cap update from last Monday = 2760 PERs
PERs issued to the applicants on this forum = 620 (as of today, on Monday it was even lesser)

This means that the applicants on this forum represent only 620/2760 = 22.4% of the overall applicants. As far as I understand, this is wrong that this forum represents 30% of the overall applicants.

Regards
Ali
brother where did u read that this forum represents 30% of total applicants? if its a previous claim then it might be for previous years, yes this year its less. but that doesn't matter and doesn't makes any difference.

good luck.

Dear All,

I am doing my Canada PR procedure under FSW-2014 without help of any consultant. By the grace of GOD and with help of you such wonderful people who helped me filing my application, I just got PER e-mail from CIC last week. Now I do have below queries:
1) During waiting time, my passport got re-issued, so now how should I let know about my new passport details to whom? To CIC, Sydney where I sent my application or to NDVO? If to NDVO, then at what mailing address? I am not getting any exact information from the website. I got one link about NDVO , is this the same link on which I should send my updated passport details by filling up on-line form?
2) In PER e-mail, it is clearly written that “If additional documents are required, you will be provided an address to forward required documents. Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. change of passport or address etc. Please include a letter identifying what the changes are and any relevant supporting documents.” In above statement VISA OFFICE means my local visa office from India i.e. NDVO, correct? So in that case, in case specific inquiry, I should use above link and I should upload my updated latest passport t details? OR am I supposed to send any hard copies of my latest passport and related documents to NDVO by courier?
3) Now what would be the next step from CIC or NDVO? Will NDVO send me AOR? And then should I approach them OR let them know about my updated passport details?
4) Approximately how much time will it take that NDVO will request for my PCC, medicals & RPRF? What kind of documents generally NDVO ask to submit? I mean any updated/latest proof of fund, latest reference letter from the present employment, etc.? Please suggest if any one got such request from NDVO. Do we need to submit our medical reprts to NDVO or our respective physian/hospital send our medical reports direclty to NDVO?
5) After submitting PCC, medicals & RPRF, when I will be asked to send my passport for stamping visa to NDVO and in how much time they will send return my passport with visa stamps?
6) So overall, after getting PER e-mail form CIC, how much approximately time it will take to get my PR/stamped visa on my passport for Canada?
7) What would be the last step of my entire Canada PR procedure? After getting final visa on my passport am I supposed to fly to Canada in 6-8 months or within a year from the date of visa stamped? What would be the procedure over there after landing in Canada?
How much money I am supposed to take with me? Not more than CAD $ 10000, am I correct?
9) Last question, what should be my minimum stay in Canada after my 1st time landing? Can I come back to India to wrap up all my outstanding matters? If I can, then when should I fly back to Canada again 2nd time and how much days will I have to stay there compulsory to validate/continue my PR with a view to get faster Citizenship?
I know I have asked so many Questions together in one time but I also do not want to bother anyone asking further inquiry, so I tried to ask as much as I could in a single query and can take reference of this single correspondence all the times for my future Canada PR procedure.
I kindly apologize for the long list of my above questions and humbly request to all seniors and experienced team members and all who have any information regarding above asked questions.

Thanking you all in advance....
ALL THE VERY BEST TO EVERYONE...

Blue.

brother u r right, u must notify ur vo that is ndvo, all communications and interactions will be done between u and ndvo after receiving per. I don't know contact details of ndvo, u have to look for it.

OR am I supposed to send any hard copies of my latest passport and related documents to NDVO by courier?

I would suggest you to send hard copies as well, uploading electronic copies can/will work but hard copies are more appreciated and considered. u can use courier service for faster mailing experience.

3) Now what would be the next step from CIC or NDVO? Will NDVO send me AOR? And then should I approach them OR let them know about my updated passport details?

cic or cio wont contact u now, ndvo will. they are not issuing AOR this year, u will directly receive MR in next two months time.yes u must let them know about ur passport change.

Do we need to submit our medical reprts to NDVO or our respective physian/hospital send our medical reports direclty to NDVO?

it will take about 2 months time from receiving per to get MR call. in the mean time u start preparing PCC as it takes more time so by the time u receive MR or pcc call, it will be ready with u. ndvo can call for any documents (indian member please shed some light on it), u don't need to send ur medicals, ur doc will send it themselves to ndvo.

5) After submitting PCC, medicals & RPRF, when I will be asked to send my passport for stamping visa to NDVO and in how much time they will send return my passport with visa stamps?

after medicals, pcc and rprf, u will get call for passports within one month time, they will stamp visa in 2 weeks time and u get back ur passports in 3rd or 4th week.

6) So overall, after getting PER e-mail form CIC, how much approximately time it will take to get my PR/stamped visa on my passport for Canada?

after per, for Indians this year, its approx. 7 to 8 months time (expected,it can be longer or shorter).

7) What would be the last step of my entire Canada PR procedure? After getting final visa on my passport am I supposed to fly to Canada in 6-8 months or within a year from the date of visa stamped? What would be the procedure over there after landing in Canada?

the last step wud be ofcourse flying in A380....to fulfill ur dreams Cheesy

How much money I am supposed to take with me? Not more than CAD $ 10000, am I correct?

u can take as much money as u can, more then 10000, u have to declare it at airport in Canada. u can take millions with u as long as they are urs and legal.

9) Last question, what should be my minimum stay in Canada after my 1st time landing? Can I come back to India to wrap up all my outstanding matters? If I can, then when should I fly back to Canada again 2nd time and how much days will I have to stay there compulsory to validate/continue my PR with a view to get faster Citizenship?

u can stay for one day only......but must stay their for about 45 to 60 days to receive initial PR and other cards and documents. u can travel back to ur country and wind up things and can go back. u have to stay about 3 years without leaving to get citizenship.

brother ur questions are answered below them, I tried my best to answer them, I m not indian applicant so I don't know specific things but I tried. hope this helps u. seniors pls correct me on anything that is wrong, I appreciate it.

always remember no question is silly stupid and useless, u can ask anything and everything, we r here to share and help. don't apologize for anything u asked. u r always welcome.

good luck

I have not made any mistakes. I suspect I have not put 'NA' in Schedule 3 in questions where they ask something like:

'If yes, have you....' (my answer was NO)
If applicable, has your spouse.... (I am single)

All the other forms are correct.
