In the cover letter they have asked for only medicals and the fee. Will they ask for PCC or other docs at a later stage?

Reading the previous thread, I think the courier should have been sent to:

Do you think I've sent it at the wrong address? or even this one will do.

Please suggest, if this is wrong, will it be directed at the correct address and if not, will I get the draft refund?

Sharing good news:

Application Date: May 7th
NOC: 1112
PER date: August 8th

Received PCC request, Medicals and RPRF request email from NDVO on 8th September 2014. Since I was out of town for 2 days, I have updated the SS and I am informing you all today.

Getting PCC from Mumbai is hell of a job. Just started PCC application procedure today should take minimum 25 days in total, from online application date.

Date of reach application to CIO: 20th May, 2014
Fee Payment charged: 3rd September, 2014.
PER: 8th September, 2014.

Guys When I saw app by VO in NDVO.... It shows 15 files rejected.....Are they rejected by local VO?

No , They are rejected before (AOR / Trasfered to VO).

Means they are rejected before payment and some before PER.

And yes you can check comments/reasons for rejection in SS.

I could be wrong but CIC says 'Provide proof of unencumbered and readily transferable funds in a convertible currency available for settlement in Canada'. AFAIK, PF is not readily transferable. Please use caution in proceeding with the same.

Pf is readily transferable.

In case a person gets a PR, he will obviously quit his job and as per regulations his company has to provide him due PF and gratuity funds within 30 days.

Vancouver is definitely better in terms of weather.

But for job opportunities, Toronto it is.

I just noticed magic when I was viewing your entry in the S/S. PER Date is changed by moderator of s/s whilst i was viewing your data.

Any Indian Bachelor degree 3 years after secondary are counted as a Canadian community college diploma degree. Only four year degree are accepted as equal as Canadian Bachelor degree. Please make contact to other applicants who have applied for the same NOC from India. Good Luck.

This is not completely true. Many of my friends have done their ECA with WES for a 3 year bachelors degree and this was mentioned as a equivalent Canadian bachelors degree.

I have DOB certificate, However it just had details of my parents (Names) and hospital , date and time . My parents applied for DOB certificate just day after i born, So my name left blank in DOB certificate.

How to proceed now to submit DOB certificate to CIC.
