I think you were supposed to send all PP's. Coz the document checklist under 'Travel Documents and Passports' say as "pages showing amendments in name, date of birth, expiration etc" . But i guess, this may not lead to rejection, as i don's know if CIC would know about the earlier PP's unless its mentioned in your latest PP.

A few minutes ago a forum member has posted that his CC card got charged. He's a 2174 and his application was received on the 14TH OF MAY! So, CIC is still in MID-MAY AND 2174 HAS ALREADY SURPASSED THE 500 MARK!

I got duplicate ielts report from IDP, in request form i mentioned that i need it to apply for canada in two different catagories, for that i need additional report...
I got it from british council as well with same reason, this time it was of my wife...
Hope this will help..
Note: i didnt attach any extra doc except request form, on that form only i wrote the above mentioned reason...gudluck
