NDVO seems one of the Busiest Vo,
so as u said some times AOR and sometimes DONT
but all it matters is PER and than MR/PPR - AOR is just an acknoledgement

so in this case for which mail do I have to wait to proceed with PCC as I have received my PER mail already.

I was a little bit confuse at form IMM 5406 " ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION" about the 1st two rows at the top. 1st row "Principal applicant" 2nd row " spouse or common law partner.

ex. if fill the form me - applicant (1st row)
abc - my spouse name. (2nd row)

how about when my spouse will fill the form it will be the same as (me-applicant; abc- spouse row) or reverse? it will only differ from "Mother's row upto the bottom"

Hope somebody understand my querry.

Very interesting. Are you saying that ITRs and Payslips will be enough justification for them to believe that we can have xx amount in our account. I guess we already provide the payslips along with the application. Can you please elaborate a bit more on this, the reason behind your thinking or a case from the past?

Just a week back NDVO has asked someone for the source of income along with the MR. Salary slips/Contract copy and ITRs are the only authentic documents for proving the income available with us...

Yes, you are correct. IMM5406E is filled by the principal applicant and also by the spouse as a separate form. So 02 such forms will be filled. Obviously the names of the spouse interchanges with principal, and there after the parental info that is captured is of the spouse for the spousal 5406.

what i have done is, for my spouse's form i left applicant field blank. Started with her data and and filled the rest with other data belonging to her. hope it helps.

Yes.. How else can we prove? I don't think we can show our parents' income as proof..

And what about Insurance premium? Should be shown as liability because we are bound to pay till maturity?

This form has to filled by the individually. When you fill it, u r the prime applicant. While in second form your spouse is the prime applicant. Go through the checklist and guide. So there are two IM5406 forms.....

My applic was just received by CIC yesterday. As of today, the cc I wrote in the Fee Payment Form has no enough balance to pay the fee. However, I'm planning to pay for my credit card later today. Is my application still safe? Thanks...

Put extra money in your credit card account, i mean pay over and make your credit card overdraft put a standing instructions with your CC company to allow any international pay charge from CIC, Do all this when you see people close to you are getting charged.... You will be safe

This way you will have all the money CIC needs to take from your CC
