If you see the WES Report - on the Top it says "CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY". This Canadian equivalency summary, in my opinion and understanding, is the RESULT of an applicants Educational Credential Assessment which is derived by evaluating ALL his educational qualifications, and not in PART.

Now, WES has stated his "CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY" which is Bachelors Degree (Four Years) after evaluating both his credentials and not one of the two.

Unless the CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY segment of the WES Report is of no significance in your opinion, I do not see how the candidate will be awarded 22 points. In my opinion, the CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY must state "Two or more Canadian post-secondary degrees or diplomas" for the applicant to score 22 points, which it does not.

I assume "real" point you are trying to make is

At least we are not debating this guy deserve 22 points or not.
(I totally appreciate healthy discussion , that's what this forum is all about )

I hope "this applicant " achieves 67 point criteria even with 21 on WES

Unfortunately you will be able to give +1 only after you cross the threshold of minimum 20 posts.
A link will appear [Good] and [Poor] in the left hand pane below the profile ID once you cross 20 posts.

Congrats. Give it 2-3 weeks of time to receive PER. It is sure that you application is accepted based on Completion Check, now it will go under Eligibility review. Once You pass Eligibility review stage you will receive PER.

the reason nobody is replying because only 01 member (app filed - 02nd may 2014) as per SS has received MR from London VO. we do not have a single case with PPR request yet from LVO. hence, timeline is impossible to predict at this moment.

we all are waiting anxiously for London VO to release MR to all 2014 applicants.

You can instead directly apply for PCC via the Karnataka Police Superintendent. I have added some links below for your help:

- Select Point number 12: Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) for going abroad (Visa for studies)/Immigration purpose also for obtaining green card.

Make sure you carry one set of photocopies of your current address proof, name and date of birth and i think 2 sets of passport photos.

Also in Bangalore PCC, they do mention from when you are residing in that police jurisdiction, so if you want PCC for a period longer than say 2 years, make sure the proof you are providing for current address has that start date.

Thanks Saps. It just occurred to me an hour ago that I could do this too. Applied through PSK because I had to apply for my wife who if not from Karnataka. I think I will go through the Comissioner's office as you pointed out. +1 for you

Now the concern that is eating me is when is the best time to fix my damaged passport issue. Dont want to take the chance of using this passport for PR stamping in the distant future.
