It seems that Delhi center is going to get to bussy this season

I think for Delhi n around people Chandighar is a better option as they receive less no of cases then Delhi.

What say experts

Question about proof of funds. If I show bank statement is it necessary that account has to be denominated in Canadian dollars? If my account is not in Canadian dollars, do I have to send letter that show amount in Canadian dollars with relevant exchange rate?

No need to show funds in CAD just get the documents done in local currency

Friends, Last year (FSW'13) one person who got visa told. He mentioned two NOC code in Generic form as 0211 or 2132. The officer reviewed his exp and taken under 2132 and got Visa. Based on his advice I mentioned '0911 Mfg Mgr or 2132 Mech Er' for FSW'14. My document received yesterday. With idea, If I am not meeting one, atleast I'll fall under another option.

But recently I seen a person told, he mentioned two NOC code with (OR) option, but they returned because of this (OR) and not taken under both NOC.

Will this create a problem for my application.

Yes, that depends on the officer who is going through your application. If you are lucky and s/he is gentle, will select one NOC for you and proceed.

In my opinion everyone should select just 1 NOC looking at the close match of duties.

What if there is a slight difference on the ITR for the year 2013 and with the computation of your anual salary base on you payslips for the last three months??


Any advice please.

ITR is not required check documents needed as per checklist

Hi, In my current job I am at 2132. But in previous company its 0911, within 10yrs. In exp letter I circled with pencil of my NOC code 2132, in another 0911. 90% as in NOC responsibilities.

I mentioned 2132 (OR) 0911 only, its in exp also. I think they will give either one. In Schedule-3 also I mentioned 2132 typing in the box.
at bottom I written (OR) 0911. God has to help me.

Your advice is needed.

My husband currently work for company A with following duties.
A company (we are thinking 2171 or 2173 )
as an IT QA engineer, main responsibilities and duties include:
• Testing of WEB/Estore/IT platform and applications
• Reviewing design and requirements specifications to determine testing requirements
• Developing test plans and test cases
• Finding, investigating and isolating defects in software
• Planning/creation/execution of automation scripts
• Documenting/reporting of tests and test plans
• Manage defects with defect tracking system
• Work with cross functional development teams to resolve feature/defect
• Creating/maintaining test environment

He used to work for company B with following duties.
B Company (we are thinking on choosing Category 2173)
main duties consisted of the following.
• Windows mobile (WM) phone certification acceptance testing
• Windows mobile phone application testing
• Android phone application testing
• Smartphone (WM/Android phone) phone feature testing
• Creating/Maintaining Smartphone (WM/Android) application automation test scripts
• Telecommunication Operator acceptance testing
• Perform testing support On-Site at customers' location
• Planning/Executing Smartphone Field Tests for Voice Call, Data Transfer and etc

We have difficulties on choosing the NOC category for his career. Please advice.
Any suggestion on the category chosen? 2171 or 2173 which one has more advantages?
or other category you suggest might be more suitable?

I have sent my file on 5th May from India and should reach CIC by 8th May.
I would be completing 4 yrs work experience in the desired NOC on 10th May.
So would they still count it as 3 years ? or they count it as 4 years because by the time they will access the file it would be Mid June ??
