Brother, god only want you to revise the complete application as well as don't want you to accept as 2174.
He want's you to apply for 2171/2172.

Complete and fill all the generic details in the form.
arrange the additional original copy of IELTS and ECA & shoot the file ASAP...

Dear Seniors and Helpers,

I have an urgent query. ??? ??? ???

I have received my PER mail on 29 Aug 14. My visa office is New Delhi (NVDO)

Now I assume my file will be travelling to NVDO. And they will issue my MR request and further formalities.

HOWEVER RIGHT NOW I AM OUT OF INDIA, IN GERMANY AND I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO INDIA FOR NEXT ONE YEAR.

What can i do now?

Can i send a mail to transfer my file to Germany visa office?

If yes whom shall i send this mail to?

And how long will it delay the process?

Does it hamper my application or chances of getting PR??

Please reply urgently since I need to send email to the concerned offices..

Dear All, my job title is Senior Systems Administrator which lies perfectly with the corresponding job description of the 2281 NOC, however, part of my job is also administrating the SQL Databases with is of NOC 2172 but my title is not Database Administrator, do you think i should apply under 2281 rather than 2172 to be in the safe side, i'm speaking in regard of 113 approved applications in 2281 however 24 only in 2172. my job description letter from my company will show both tasks i do in the two NOC's, so how do you advise me?

For TCS I am sharing only Offer Letter and Release Letter. I dont have any current reference letter or any other document. Do I need anything else.

You need job role and description to match with your specific NOC, I'm sure Deloitte's HR departement will not issue such a letter however you could get one from your manager or co worker

For ur Education:
You will earn 21 points for your bachelor degree if your Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) shows that your degree is equal to a completed Canadian one

For English:
You will get 24 points for English as your CLB is at level is at 9 and above (06 pts for each ability) as per your given SLRW IELTS results.

Friends,

1. I am waiting for my ECA which I will receive in a week hopefully. Besides I am also working on my PCC. Hopefully I will get that also in 2-3 weeks. So I thought that I will include the PCC also in the first application itself. I need to obtain PCC from Saudi where I worked for 5 yrs and also India. My question is, if I submit the PCC along with the application itself, is there a possibility that the Visa office (Newdelhi) will request to submit a new PCC again in the future in case if everything goes fine?

2. I am planning to get a DD through Thomas Cook. How can I track the payment status and know whether the DD is charged or not?

My job role aligns perfectly with NOC requirements. I am talking about 2171 and Deloitte has gone on to write my role is an Information System Security Consultant. But is that enough. Offer letter doesnt say much technical stuff and there isnt anything else mentioned on Experience letter. I am planning to write a letter addressing CIC and sharing my certifications which are all Information System consultant related plus I have the same designation. I hope thats enough. Should I append my Resume to it.

Secondly My TCS experience is not related to 2171 plus its old and I cant get any reference letter except Offer letter and Releasing letter. Should I even add that or leave it out of my application as its not specific to 2171.

But I did not mentioned any duties about my previous designation (assistant/deputy manager) in job refrence letter and did not mentioned hrs per week just mentioned diffrent designation and tenure in ref letter
can I got full points as far exp is concern or I will get points for NOC exp ie 2010 to till date

Supporting documents attached:
•Promotion letter for each designation (current company)
• current 3 salary slip
• salary account statment for full yr
•appointment letter of current/previous company

Note: all exp is in same industry

Either we need to send HEC Pakistan attested documents or registrar office sealed documents directly from issuing institute ?
On CES website regarding Postsecondary documents its mentioned that :
Official Academic Records/Transcripts and/or Statement of marks are documents showing all courses taken and grades obtained by the student sent directly to the CES office by the issuing educational institutions. We recommend you carefully review the required documents by country of education webpages to determine the academic documents you will need to provide for each of the completed credentials you would assessed.

Please note that you only need 1 year of experience in your nominated occupation(as a mandatory condition under this particular FSW class of application). Experience in other NOC codes can still fetch you points. So my suggestion is to include the other company references(TCS) as well(whatever you can get and include like salary slips, appointment letter, etc. - may be you can try and get a letter from one of known seniors that would be great).

Having said that, did you evaluate your total points and see that you are good without TCS experience? That will be reassuring for any steps taken related to TCS experience

If I was the CIC guy reviewing your application and this completely new IELTS came NOW to bump up your points, I would accept it but move your file to this new date of IELTS receipt. In this case, how about if I submit a third-party affidavit signed by my fellow team mate who is willing to sign?

(My manager will not sign as he told me upfront that he is scared shit
that it might cause him some problems with HR later on. Even if
the letter reference was just on a plain A4 paper and request is on a personal-level.
This was way back when I was still collating all my requirements for submission.)

We have seen such cases where such 3rd party affidavit worked, though not officially written in CIC application guidelines.

It would be just a reinforcement to my work experience claim.
