ok thats greatactually i have sent my file on 14th may 2014 but still i did not get any update from CIC
so Do u have any idea what can be reason
one more thing u have sent DD or CC detail for payment

I have sent draft (DD). It is a better option as compared to CC.

Send copies of entire work ex (example : Offer letters, relieving letters, certificates of merit), but in the forms, mention only what is asked for, i.e. last 10 years experience details.

that means i can only claim 3-4 years of relevant exp and that will get me only 11 points.

One question - I am in the US but will be going to India in Nov for few weeks. Can I get Indian PCC from India itself or it has to come via Indian consulate in the US?

on !st of sep i have talked to the bank manager he told me that my draft still not encashed
So can i predict to be encashed with in a week as my application received on 14th May

No.. you will get points for the entire work ex. 15 points.

Please advise, today i received call from my consultant and has been informed that their is high possibility that my application will be rejected due to use of old generic form (Main application) while filing my case. As per him applicants after 17 June 2014 have to fill the new generic form IMM 0008(Main application). However my file received by CIC on 20 June which was sent on 13th June from myside during that point of time i wasn't aware of this change of form. I am worried, and Please suggest what shall i do.

Hopefully yes. I will pray for you.

I am not CIC, hence won't be able to commit though. , but you can check with your bank on a daily basis from now on to know the status of the draft.

You are good. I don't think your application will be rejected because at the time form got updated you application was already in transit.
