OBTAINING A PCC FROM SAUDI ARABIA

Dear guys,

Though that I will share some information on getting a PCC from Saudi Arabia. I am from India and I expect the procedures to be pretty much the same for all other countries. I am putting down this info as per the inputs I got when I called the Indian embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

You have to gather the below said documents:

1. Your finger print attested by the finger print bureau (Each state and districts has one or more as I understand) These authorities are the same ones who goes to verify the finger print on a crime scene

2. Your passport copies with the Saudi visa pages 2 Sets

3. Copies of your iqama (Saudi national identity card) 2 Nos

4. Passport size photos 2-4 Nos

5. A request letter to the respective embassy in Saudi Arabia

All these documents have to be taken to the respective embassy first and request a "NOC for Saudi PCC" from them which they will issue. This NOC has to be translated (Not sure from English to Arabic OR from Arabic to English). Later on the translated thing has to be taken to the Foreign ministry for attestation. And after that, it has to be taken to the respective local police department who will issue a PCC.

If you are outside Saudi, you can get your friends or relatives run this for you (In the above said request letter,You may also have to authorize someone who will run the show on behalf of you, mentioning their name and iqama number)
Normally there are agencies, which are called "General Service" in Saudi Arabia, who undertake these kind of works with a fee.

All the above info was given by an official in Indian embassy, Riyadh. Cant be sure if the procedure could be exactly the same for different nationalities.

My dear friends. Congrats to all who got their PER and those who are still waiting will very soon gt their payments encashed by the grace of God.

I am a June 11th applicant for NOC1112 which is the most hottest at the moment. Keeping this current trend, would I be able to make it to the cap? Secondly, will the number of applications received in CIO will decrease form the last week of May14.

Well, your estimate comes from an assumption that numbers published by CIC are number of PERs issued. It's possible, but again - this is the same old question we have no real answer for. My old post has more thoughts on this:

And specifically, there are these FSW 2013 stats, which show that PERs continue to be issued well past the official cap full date (clickable):

- it looks like fee charge date is much closer than PER to the official cap full date, and that's what I'd use for estimates:

There were 157 applications from the spreadsheet with NOC 2174 and their fee encashed on or before 2nd of September (when the caps were published). Which means, the estimated percentage of worldwide applications in the spreadsheet for this NOC is 33%.
Which is very close to the actual FSW 2013 statistics - 31% of worldwide 2174 applications were in the spreadsheet and got into the cap in 2013. And FSW 2013 statistics can be considered more reliable, because we don't have this ambiguity of what dates/statuses to count: we just count all applications that were accepted for a given NOC.

So, I respectfully stay with the existing spreadsheet estimate of at least 16th of October for 2174 cap full date And it does not fully account for the fact that number of incoming applications decreases over time, so the date will probably move even further.

The usual disclaimer: this is still an estimate and no one can know for sure.

Hi Friends,

How easy or difficult it is to change your VO locale from India (New Delhi) to Another Country ... Do I need to send an e-mail after i get my PER or Can i request the change of VO immediately.

I have gotten an Australian PR and will be leaving in the next 3-4 weeks, I really would like to continue this process of getting the Canadian PR and would probably move in a couple of years.

Once u enter on AUS and ur file is transferred to local VO, u can send Case Specific Enquiry – New Delhi....State ur reason for changing VO...Attach the entry seal of the PP (for AUS) scanned copy....

Then u will rcv a reply from them....if they accept ur reason as valid...

Its not stated to keep the money as a mandatory step...

But its suggested to keep consistent balance....

As per famous consultant David Cohen- its suggested to keep 80% balance atleast to avoid any doubt on the Visa officer's mind....

So u may follow the above...

I think you need to ask yourself whether you want to apply ?

If yes, look for a low filled NOC and go for it as long as you're making 67 points .... and those are two things you gotta be mindful about .... the points = 67 and Select a NOC which is not as hot .... don't even think of going with NOC2174......

For Your dad's name .... you have to probably get an affidavit for the name issue .... and most people would know alternative usage of Md and Mohammad....... affidavit should solve the issue ... what say ashif ???? Anyway, Best of Luck mate !!

Suggestion is to show the asset value on the asset field with the settlement fund (A+B)

And then show the liability = C (A is > C of course)

And the settlement fund= B

So show this...no need to hide....
