Hi GUYS, Need urgent help...

I have received the employment reference letter from my employer.
The letter contains all the details mentioned as per the checklist, job roles and responsibilities, salary and work hours etc.
However, i have a concern..the letter ends with the following statement...

"This certificate is issued on his request to get admission for doctoral program, without any obligation or financial commitment on our part."

My current employer was not ready to give service letters for immigration purposes, which I have checked with my supervisor exactly year and half ago. I requested this letter stating the reason of my intention to do my Doctoral program.

My question is, will this letter work for FSWP? or shoudl I write an explanation in the covernote?
Please help me... Your reply would be very helpful...

Hello everyone,

I'm not going to send my application for another two months because I need to take the IELTS, but I would like to get my medical examination out of the way. Can I take my medical exam with one of the designated medical practitioners before I receive a request to do so from my local visa office or do I have to wait until I receive the request? I realize that the results are only valid for 12 months but I think if everything goes to plan I should receive a request by this time next year.

Thoughts?

Medicals should be done, only after MR is requested by your VO. So hold tight and follow the process.

Though this topic was discussed earlier few days back...im still unclear about the alternative docs required in place of a BC
The below are the documents requried as per my knowledge...can u please say if there are more?
1. 10th marks card with correct DOB and atleast one parent name
2. Transfer certificate with DOB and atleast one parent name
3. Affidavit from parents (can someone pleasseeee share the format...) and notarize it
4. Letter written by Primary applicant with reason for not providing BC (can someone pleassee share format for this too)

This is sufficient (1. 10th marks card with correct DOB and atleast one parent name) and the affidavit is supporting this as an alternative of BC. The affidavit can be made by you itself, not necessary from your parents, coz u are making a solemn oath in a legal document.

I know one cab have doubts - but I can tell with 110% confidence (and so can many others) delhi2173 is definitely genuine...please help me recall who the other guy is...since my downloaded SS is a little older...and I just recall some of his posts...I am sure he is genuine as well

Just because we haven't reached there we shouldn't have doubts and I recall your PER came like the last among the early guys...you are mira8 were nervous for a long, long time...so yours might take a little longer is my take

And finally it doesn't move PURE sequentially at such later stages....complexity and other things matter more!

Priya_kan, you would be cutting it too close. If your duties match any other NOC which is not as hot as 2173 or 2174, apply for that. Else apply in 2173 and hope for the best. Good Luck!!

Hello friends Is it ok to apply as civil engineer whereas my education is of mechanical engineering
Does Cic ceck that applicant educational background must be related to profession.

As far as i know, educational background might not match exactly with current work profile. They do check edu. but more or less current exp. against NOC applied is verified.
All is matter is the current job role and if it fits the NOC, ROLL ON...can apply
But you need complete work profile/duties listed as a Civil Engineer on company's LH and signed.

Don't worry that should work.. as CIC understands not all employers are ready to provide such letters. Just to be on safe side put a cover letter mentioning.. that company would not provide a letter for visa purpose.

Ok guys now is a new situation

i called dhl several times that they got bored and i insisted they either tell me what happened to my shipment or give me loomis tracking no ...a representative phoned me and told me to wait tell tomorrow and he will inform me of the situation of my shipment ...i totally refused and insisted he do this today so now the tracking all of a sudden changed from nova scotia sort office to delivered to sydney ???? Signed by ..........

the question here is can i trust them ..can i trust that they updated my status in a hurry tell they get the complete route snd they are sure of the delivery

That is fine. DHL uses a third party to deliver in Nova Scotia. Just send them an email asking them for Loomis Express proof of delivery or at least name of the person who received your document
