Plus I see you got PER when binuky got fee charge i.e. on Jun 6th so yours should definitely be coming sooner is my guess (no offence to dear binuky)

Ok guys now is a new situation

i called dhl several times that they got bored and i insisted they either tell me what happened to my shipment or give me loomis tracking no ...a representative phoned me and told me to wait tell tomorrow and he will inform me of the situation of my shipment ...i totally refused and insisted he do this today so now the tracking all of a sudden changed from nova scotia sort office to delivered to sydney ???? Signed by ..........

no names for signature nor the proper address even when i send for the proof of delivery email ...it showed the same data

the question here is can i trust them ..can i trust that they updated my status in a hurry tell they get the complete route snd they are sure of the delivery

ECAS is a little crap in my view - for 2 cases of NDVO MR till date, ECAS has updated differently for both

delhi2173 saw ECAS update a good few days before he got the MR mail, but the other guy's MR mail came first....if I recall both cases correctly!

I think ECAS information might still be somewhat useful if the delta between actual MR date and ECAS updated is not more than 7 days (i.e. +/-). Would you have any information if this was true in these two cases? I think we also need to keep an eye on future MR date reports and ECAS update dates by forum members.

Due +1 coming your way shortly . Hopefully karma black out period is over by now.

I don't think so that it will be a problem...but in the end you need to drop one of them because you need to live in one particular country to apply for citizenship...so let the process be over visit both of them and then decide...

i m 14th May applicant and by grace of GOD came to knwo by bank tht my DD was chanrged last week.

actually, last year my PR application was returned by CIC due to cap reached, and i almost lost all hopes tht FSW will re-open...so i applied for AUSTRALIA PR , and though it was very transperent & fst process, i am almost done with that procedure and only waitnig for the visa grant which will take one month. Now when i came to know in May tht FSW is re-open, i immediatly sent my ready made application and now in dilema what to do. i want to open both options like my main factor of choosing any conutry will be how my job prospects are there and that can be only seen aftr ariving there.

so can anyone expert tell me what shoud i do in this case? i may receive PER next week. should i go 1st AUS to stamp my PR and come back to India, so my PR becomes validate and then wait for NDVO for MR, PCC, RPRF request. In that case i will have to submit my passport, so approximate in how much time they will return my passport? Shall my local VO see that i have already PR for AUS, then why i am appying for Canada? will this affect to my application.
my 1st choice is canada, so pls suggest me what steps i shoud take towards my above mentioned matter...

thank you all who spend time for reading such long post...m sorry for that...but really require sure suggestion from anyone who can help me out in this situation......

I will say the bird in hand is better than 2 in bushes.. So go ahead with your Australia PR & come back to India to complete the process of Canadian visa as you suggest by yourself. It might 3 to 4 weeks I believe when they will ask for passport to get visa.

Dear brother:

If possible, get the envelop back. You will get zero points as WES did not award any degree like bachelor/Master. "Study" means you studied it and did not complete it. No marks for incomplete education.

He might not get any points for his incomplete bachelor's level studies however, may get points for his secondary education, isn't it??

Relax CIC has just started to charge 21st may applicants...possibly by this weekend or early next week you should expect your CC / DD charge

Well said, however, i think the main crux is: would this venture affect his eligibilty for Canadian PR....could it be regarded as dual intent?
