yep but still due to tension and worrying, I would like to have some advice, info, help!

Hi everyone,

My husband has applied for FSW 2014 in 2173 category, the documents have reached CIC on 29th July. We hired a consultant (learnt about him through a common friend) based out of Canada. But after sending the documents, while going through some online articles, we realized we made a mistake - our consultant has asked us to put Visa Office as Sydney but we stay in India. I asked him about this, but he said he corrected with pen in our application form. But we doubt Everything else was right!!

Another consultant (this time through a family member) suggested us to submit another application with me as primary applicant. I had already written IELTS (Band 8.0 -L 8, R 9, S & W 7) and self calculated points are 69. I am eligible to apply under 1123. I just applied for my transcripts from DU and asked to collect them after 20th Sep and expecting WES to take another month for evaluation. So, I think I would be able to apply only in November. What do you think we should do? Apply in November or wait and apply under express entry? Do you think 1123 would be open till November? Please advise.

if ur noc is cool u can apply too. that won't be a problem in terms of CAP. Cap estimation u can get from SS

as your app is received at cio on 29 july, u will already know by end of October about ur this application, by October mid u will either have ur per (I hope and wish so) or else ur app will be returned but I don't think so due to mentioning wrong VO they will reject it. so by November you will be already cleared about applying again separately or going with this app as it is.

any senior can shed some light in details.

We received your application for permanent residence on May 15, 2014.

Does this mean PER is expected or still any chance of not receiving PER ?

I applied last week for NOC 1112... i know i am too late... but is there any chances??

Also, if my application is rejected due to cap limit reached... will CIC send my application back and would they also tell me if my application is incomplete with regards to any documents missing???

Will be difficult to comment. Yes CIC will send all your docs back with DD or CC whatever u have sent

there is no point in applying twice if one is not worried about the cap. plus the little mistake you made is not a point to worry about

you are being misguided about applying again. even for the first application you could have got great professional help in india itself. people from usa, europe and canada come to india to get anything and everything done these days, not the other way round. in india one can get everything done very professionally and at affordable rates. the quality is not compromised. plus canadian consultants also make the mistakes that anyone else can make

Just now I realised that I signed all the photos with the following details are the back

1) DOB
2) Full Name
3) Passport Number

Will it be any problem as I missed to write the date of photo taken. In fact I kept inside the envelope provided by photo studio with date written on top of it.

I looked at SS, but the estimated deadline for 1123 is not given. As per SS, we will know status of my husband's application only in Jan 2015.
