will they accept notary if i get it in below format.

I have a doubt ,actually I want to pay fee by CC but one of my friend is saying by providing all the details of your CC it can be misused by some one ,like if courier people open the packet. Please suggest.

That is such a tiny risk. The much bigger risk is something going wrong with your CC like it is lost or stolen and you have to cancel it, or your limit is exceeded, or the transaction is flagged as fraudulent, etc.

DD is much safer.

Hello Seniors,

I am in the process getting my documents notorised and noticed the following:

I do not have a pass certificate for my 12th exam. I have the marksheets, 2 of them as I cleared 1 paper in the second attempt. Can I give my marksheet for 12th and not give the pass certificate, as I do not have it?

I have the pass certificate for my 10th which also mentions the marks but do not have the marksheet

I have had my ECA done and my Master's certificate is recignised in Canada. I will be sending notorised copies of my bachelors and masters grad certificates. Do I also need to send the transcripts?

Please help. I am really confused.

You do not 'need' to send any certificates for the secondary education. Your degree certificates should be enough. They also don't need to be notorized if they are in English/French language.

It is enough but I don't think it will take too much to ask the bank to issue a letter/certificate to that effect.

Which size do you prefer? A1 or A2 or even A3 would be a little large. You can also get on a letter / legal size if that suits you

I think the length of the letter plays a role. Why not be efficient and use 4A0 size paper for a long letter. 4A0 is roughly 2.4 m x 1.7 m though not sure where you can buy it.

On the other hand if the letter is brief, or the writer prefers 1 pt font, why waste paper? Just use A10 which is about 4 cm x 2.5 cm.

Billed date : 29th Aug.

FYI, I sent a package to CIC on 21st Aug to amend 2 minor errors on my previous application forms. According to the courier, they received on 25th.
Not sure if they replacement our application with new forms.
But we do receive a good news from them.

Bank certificate is not mandatory. However it makes your POF's more valid. So if it's not much of a pain , I suggest you get one and submit with your app.

I have in total of 3 years and 7 months work experience, for the first three years and four months, i worked as a civil engineer. I changed the company three months before, i am currently working as a cost control engineer. If i mention the current occupation in work experience category, do i need to provide the reference letter, or the reference letter of my previous job will do, as in any case i will get points for only three years.

You're supposed to at least attempt to get reference letters from all your employers. If you can't get one from your current employer or for some reason you don't want to, at least explain to CIC why you can't get one from that employer.

You certainly must mention your current employer on your schedule 3 form and in your background declaration. To omit it would be misrepresentation. Anyway, what would you say you have been doing for the past 3 months?

Yeah, and if someone has a really long list of duties,

one might consider using this kind of paper roll
