Yup can't find any trace of him.
He has mentioned his Fee charge date as today.

I was getting worried as why DD was nt encashed till now bt here God gifted me PER just nw 1 hour back today.

Application received - 14 May
DD Charged- 19 Aug
PER - 27 Aug

NOC- 0121

ARE YOU IN THE US WITH A B1/B2 VISA? WHICH VISA OFFICE DO YOU INTEND TO SPECIFY ON YOUR APPLICATION? DEPENDING ON YOUR ANSWERS YOU MAY STILL NEED A PCC FROM FBI EVEN THOUGH YOU'VE ONLY BEEN IN THE US 2.5 MONTHS SO FAR. WILL YOU HAVE BEEN IN THE US 6 MONTHS BY THE TIME YOUR APPLICATION IS PICKED UP BY CIC? ETC, ETC.

I am on H1B. My VO is New Delhi. My Application has already cleared CIC stage as I have my PER number.

I filled under 3112 so you may connect with me too also and as of 3112 cap is considered I feel safe and for 3111 it's even safest and quicker get hold on wes for evaluations

I would not need PCC for US as I am here from 2.5 months only. Hence I just need PCC from India for which I think I need to visit india consulate

Hi CheeryRuhela,

If you are based in California then the best option for you will be is to go for SFO Indian consulate where you can get Indian PCC with in a 4-5 days.

Just FYI for others if they need a PCC for the stay in US then FBI will take about 30-45 days.

I am quoting above information based on my experience.
