Hello Friends, I need your help please ..

I've booked for IELTS test on October, other than that all my documents and papers are ready.

I'm not afraid that my NOC reach cap because there are only 2 people or 3 applied in this NOC til now, but I'm afraid that the Overall cap will be reached by the end of October, is that possible ?? Can the overall cap ( 25,000 Application ) be reached by the end of October? will I make it or not if I send my documents by the end of October ??

I need your advice please.. specially experts advice

Hello Friends needs your advice :-
1. I Applied for FSWP-2014 from INDIA with VISA Office as New Delhi.
2. I moved to CANADA on 20th July ,2014 as I was having Job offer with Positive LMO moreover I have received PER email 2 days back .
3. I have updated my Canada Permanent & Mailing Address.

Question :
1.Still my application will be sent to New Delhi VISA OFFICE or it will go to OTTAWA ...?????
2. Do I need to send any other information/ document .. please suggest like .. I have not submitted my Work Permit earlier as I was not having that at that time when I have sent my Application FSWP 2014 in May 2014.

You valuable suggestions/experience will certainly help me .

Since I will be in Canada at verification you should change it to Ottawa also your passport will be stamped thier only experienced members shall be better in answering

So you are with the LINEAR trend.

I will keep on adding data points to this chart as and when CIC updates are available. The actual path has to lie somewhere between the quadratic and linear, closer to the latter than the former.

Kindly provide your any inputs on the below

1. If I am going for a DD, should I just go to an authorized bank and make a DD in the name of "Receiver General for Canada"? No other addresses or names need to be included?

2. Is there any good banks in India who are well accustomed with the above kind of DD?

3. Will the total initial payment with the application will be only $1100 for the principal applicant+Spouse?

3. I am applying under 0113 Purchasing managers for which, the duties as per the NOC are as below:

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the purchasing activities of an establishment
Develop purchasing policies and procedures and control purchasing department budget
Identify vendors of materials, equipment or supplies
Evaluate cost and quality of goods or services
Negotiate or oversee the negotiation of purchase contracts
Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials
Review and process claims against suppliers
Interview, hire and oversee training of staff

My duties as per my experience letter is below:

o Planning and implementing the purchase structures and strategies for each financial year
o Conduct extensive research on Current trends/drawing information from direct Sales staff
o Negotiating with both existing and new suppliers for making available the best inventory in terms of both quality and price
o Making/renewal of contracts with long term partners
o Deal with complaints/claims/replacements from the vendors
o Plan the budget for each year as well as reviewing the same on quarterly basis
o Negotiation and implementation of return policies
o Handling company account transactions in liaison with Bank
o Deal with the Sales tax department for clearing interstate goods from the border
o Hiring and Training of purchasing staff as per the requirement
o Conducting trips along with the Managing Director to find out potential suppliers and markets for expansion
o Maintaining a healthy and sustaining relationship with all the clients

Will this be OK?
Does the NOC duties has to match exactly with our letter?

Guys I need your opinion about this.

I am lodging my applications this September and also planning to apply work abroad on the same month. My question is, would it make my application complicated? Would it be hard for me and my wife to process our papers? Is it possible to do the application while being away? Since we didn't yet declare it to our application that we are going to another country will it make my application be rejected.

My thoughts are, if I will be the principal applicant, I will stay in the Philippines and let my wife To push through with her applications abroad for about a year then go back home if things will be good for us in fsw. Otherwise we will stay here in the Philippines and apply a job locally and wait till our fsw application will be finished..

1) Under personal history - i have travelled another country on work permit for 5 months. do i need to mention this travel also which is less than 6 mnmonths..?
2) Under Addresses - same question again pls - do i need to mention the adress where i stayed abroad 5months ?

1) Do we need to fill in names in native language also along with english?

Guys, couple of queries:

1. If i have some affidavits related to Birth cert and other name related affidavits, do i have to submit photocopy or original?
2. I am in singapore from last 3-4 yrs and if i mention VO office as Singapore and say in few months i move back to India, then how would i notify CIC regarding my change so that file should be processed at Nd VO?
3. Also while mentioning liabilities, if i dont have any liability, should i leave that as empty as i cant even mention 0 there?
