I am 8th May applicant. Bank has no information of DD encashment. If my application is rejected would I get my IELTS Result and WES report back?
I hav sent a mail to CIC bt not heard from them . Called CIC but they didn't provide UCI . What can I do now? Without IELTS I cant reapply.

Show IELTS organiser proof of your canadian immigration application and they would issue you 2nd report of IELTS for a cost.

Similarly, ECA can send you extra copy of your report for a cost. Contact both of them.

File is immediately transferred to respective Visa office. However, London loves to sit on the files for two months before even thinking about them.

I think that is because how things works in the UK. People do things on their own time. VO may make number of various checks one by one on an application each thru an agency each of which provides it's own timeline. Things work in fairly organized manner in the UK, but that doesn't always translate into a faster processing of the file.

I faced similar problem, since my exp was smthing like 1yrs 10months,so the 10months were going wasted, but i selected 1yr which seniors on this board suggested and then in addition, near to it i wrote in pen the exact years of exeprience(based on my own view),
i remember few seniors suggesting to tick the 1yr in case it is less than an yr..

Dear, 1 year exp equivalent to 1560 hours in Canada. If you have total 3120 hours work experience, you can write it is 2 years experience. CIC does not mean 1 year = 12 months work exp. They mean 1 yr=1560 hours works ! For example, if you work 1600 hours in the 10 months period, it is 1 year job exp
in Canada. They also understand full-time = at least 30hrs/week.

i would say, try hard and get ur BC, go to municipal people, ask them, give them greetings ( u know wat i mean), take ur 10th certificate, ur passport, adhar card etc...u will get it...101% sure on this...
