Thank you, but she is working with somebody on salary & not practicing independently, still licence is required.

Hi I am working for the military service in Singapore, and the psychologists do not have a license to practise it, but they are psychologist all the same. IMO, psychologist isn't considered a medical practicioner, I may be wrong though but many psychologists that I know do not have license to b a psychologist in SG.

Thanks

I did bank transfer and would say the secure international delivery is fine as I used that option to get my PCC from the UK delivered here to Canada

Hi, I have send my Application to CIC 20th August 2014 with 76 points for NOC 2173 through an agency, and is expected to reach by 27th August 2014. As per CIC on 25/08/2014 the number of application cap of NOC 2173 is 188 and which is updated every week.
I have a doubt that if my application reached CIC by this week , will it reflect in next week update of CIC .OR is any chance that my application would be in the cap list of 1000.
I just want to know whether the all 188 applicant got PER or it is the number of application receive by CIC for NOC 2173,
Please guide me,

The numbers you see in the website are applicants who have been granted with PER already, applications received are not updated. There may be more, a gd indication is to multiply the numbers u see on the spreadsheet by 3 for an estimated allowance on where u stand. I wouldn't worry about the huge numbers though. Bear in mind those who come to this forum stands a higher chance of having a more complete application from guidance and help received from other eager applicants.

How do we know about the file transfer or processing started?

Is there a mail for each stage?

Bear in mind Canada has different regulations to a lot of countries, just because licensing isn't required in SG doesn't mean that it's the same in Canada

Try not to be misled by the numbers you see on the website. Keep an open mind and have your fingers crossed. I believe 1000 is a good cap, if your application is complete, you stand a very high chance, don't worry.

You get PER, some VO's send AOR, next is MR and RPRP, PP request and then COPR

What is the indication for file transferred or processing started?

AOR means visa office has started working on the case? Is that the only indication after PER?

AOR acknowledgement of receipt and then next indication is medical request

I would like to know will there be issue if I made some careless mistake on one of the forms and I just corrected it by pen and have my signature close to the corrected mistake.

Thx in advance.

Do you need help with the wording of a cover letter? Do you need to explain certain issues in your application? Otherwise a cover letter is not required. What exactly do you need -- a template for a cover letter? I will include a sample cover letter at the end of this post. (For simplicity, assume a single applicant with no dependants and no points for arranged employment in Canada or adaptability. Also assume the applicant specifies a VO responsible for his country of nationality, ie no proof of admission is required as per section 8 of the document checklist.)

YOU SHOULD PLACE THE BARCODE PAGE(S) ON TOP OF THE ENTIRE APPLICATION PACKAGE. THIS MAKES IT EASIER FOR CIC TO SCAN YOUR APPLICATION WHEN THEY OPEN IT AND ENTER IT INTO THE GCMS (Global Case Management System.)

AS PER THE CIC WEBSITE: "Place the barcode page on top of your package. If you have more than one package, place a separate barcode page on each one."

IT IS ESSENTIAL TO SEND A COMPLETE APPLICATION - NEEDLESS TO SAY. HOWEVER, IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY OF THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTATION, IT IS EQUALLY ESSENTIAL THAT YOU INCLUDE A WRITTEN EXPLANATION WITH FULL DETAILS AS TO WHY THAT DOCUMENTATION IS UNAVAILABLE (E.G. A LETTER OF REFERENCE IN THE REQUIRED FORMAT) AND ANY DOCUMENTATION THAT WOULD SUPPORT YOUR CLAIM (E.G. A COPY OF EMAIL EXCHANGE WITH THE HR OF YOUR COMPANY SHOWING THAT THEY CANNOT INCLUDE DUTIES IN YOUR REFERENCE.) IMMIGRATION LAWYERS IN CANADA, US AND UK ALWAYS INCLUDE A COVER LETTER WHEN THEY FILE AN APPLICATION. ALTHOUGH A COVER LETTER IS NOT REQUIRED (ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A STRAIGHTFORWARD APPLICATION IN THE FSW CLASS), A WELL-WRITTEN COVER LETTER CAN ONLY HELP YOUR APPLICATION IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES THAT REQUIRE FURTHER EXPLANATION.

THE BELOW IS FROM THE DOCUMENT CHECKLIST AND CIC WEBSITE (INSTRUCTION GUIDE) WHICH SHOULD BE THE STARTING POINT FOR ANY APPLICANT.

Order of Forms - DO NOT STAPLE ANY DOCUMENTS.
