Can anyone confirm whether the capping updated on the website is only for those cases whose PER have been issued or is it the no. of packets of applications they have opened yet ?

I am planning to apply for NOC 1112 by the end of this week. All the documents are ready, but i am little confused about the funds part.
I have an Fixed deposit 2 years old and it is going to expire on September 30, 2014.

Please suggest what should i do?

Shall i send the application ? Or should wait till its renewal? But if i will wait i think it will be too late.

Please advice me i am really very confused

Looking at the NOC 2132, they are filling fast. Today the status is updated to 137 of May 14th applications.

I have sent my application and expected to reach on August 27th.

Looking at the spread sheet, 50% of 2132 applicants have sent their applications in May. In june 50% of rest 50%, and so on.

You have seen the past trend as well, so What do you think, whether my application will fall under the cap?
