Hello People!!

This is my first post on this forum.
This thread seems to be pretty active.

I sent my application on 20th Aug from India.( DHL Courier)
Today it got delivered at Nova Scotia.

but i cant see anyone's signature on the POD copy.
But on the spreadsheet I have seen many people mentioning the name of the person who has received their file?

Can anyone throw some light on this?

call the dhl and give them your tracking number they will give you the details

Hello dear all

I am reading the guide and now I see that one of the forms (Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM 5409)) must be filled in by the sponsor and common-law partner, only if the latter is a co-signer on the application.

Who is the sponsor? Is it the main applicant? Who is the co-signer? In what case a common-law is a co-signer?

Any help is very appreciated ???

Do you have a common-law partner? If not you don't need this form.

It is not eaSy to track dd...it .might have been cashed...
Cic is sending per to 12,13,14 may applicants...so have patience...

Till 19th it has not been cashed so is it bad news as 12-13 were charged in JUly

I just received my PER mail!!!

Timeline:
Application reached CIO: 12 May 2014
CC Charged: 24th July 2014
PER: 25th August 2014

I have already updated the spread sheet.
I wish everyone on this forum and myself success in this pursuit.For those still waiting for the good news,I pray you receive it soon.Though it hard, Patience and perseverance has its virtues.

Contact Center > Express Parcels/Documents > select country > Go

Yes it is 188 as of today. I have made some calculations that it increasing at a rate of 49 or 50 per week. If rate of acceptance increases then I don't feel I would have chances.

Seemingly applications reached NS on 14 May are being charged and receiving PER. I yet have to hear back from CIC, for which my application got in on 12 May. Is it that I am already out of game?

Dear members

I have a question. I appeared for IELTS this month and collected original report. Now the problem is IDP has given only 1 copy. If I sent this original copy along with my othwr documents to CIC I don't have any proof of IELTS. idp will not isssue any duplicate report but they said they can send duplicate report directly to CIC.

So now while sending my documents to CIC shall I include photocopyof IIELTS report and mention that original report will be sent by idp or shall I Include my original copy?

hello guys,
i read in the forum dat someone has forgot to send his eca report and educational certificates. n later he sent it by using his uci no. which he got last year due to rejection and now he got his per.
i want to ask i send 3 exp certificates of different hospitals in which i mention my job duties in 1 exp letter bt not in other two.in 2nd exp letter my hospital refused to do so.but i can mention my duties in last exp certificate whr i m working ryt now.i want to ask can i send this exp certificete with d help of uci no. which i also got last year.will it help me or i will be out of d game.my application reached on 23rd may 2014.
plz experts reply me as soon as possible.

Finally received PER mail.. So happy now... ;D ;D

CC charged date - 14th August
PER received date - 25th May

Here I would like to share my experience with you all...

In starting month of July, through this forum only I came to know that along with ECA report, foreign education credential (Degree certificate) is also required which I forgot to attached. Then I sent it by separate courier and mentioned my UCI number and other details. I was not sure whether it will be attach to my original application or not. But finally my CC got charged and received PER too. It seems that CIC people are very cooperative in this case and matched up the missing documents.

I would like to thank Ashif, Oscar 7, future_canadian, islandbabe who all have helped me a lot during entire process. Please forgive me if I missed anyone name here.

Guys,
I read someone here on the forum say that the 1.000 application cap for each NOC is considering 1.000 applications RECEIVED, not ACCEPTED. Learning that if they receive 1k applications for X NOC they shut it down even if 200 from those 1k are not accepted. Is that so? That doesn't make much sense.

And also, the current - Total received toward the overall cap: 1,891 of 25,000 - info on CIC means that 1.891 applications have received PER, right?

Yes, the count is related to the applications receiving PER
