I am planning to apply for FSW and currently getting the credential assessment done from WES

Is there anyone from India who did his master's from an IIM ?
IIM's are autonomous institutes -free from government control and are not listed on the UGC website (WES uses UGC list as reference point for autonomous institutes). They fall under the purview of AICTE instead ( under - Institutes of national importance).

Can anyone guide how to make a case in this regard. Is WES open minded enough to atleast go through the proofs that I have sent them along with my other documents. Else it would be a pity that despite having the best MBA qualification in India, WES won't recognise it.

I have few queries.
1. My spouse is not applying with me this time. I think that is fine. I want to settle down first before getting my spouse along. Is that ok to apply for PR without spouse?
2. My credit card details are required to be debited with a mandatory pin. How is CIC going to debit from my credit card?
3. I understand we need to fill thhe background details in both English and Native. Do i need to take 2 photocopies of the form and fill one in english and other in native?
4. Do i need to apply in WES first and then get the transcripts from the university? When will get the WES reference number? Do i need to attached Adcademic record request form inside the sealed envelope?

Please clarify

Hi seniors, pls help me. While applying for WES, I applied for WES ICAP in their website. But some say that we need tospecially apply for WES fswp package. Is there any difference in both. I'm in great confusion...

I am not sure what this WES ICAP means but, YES its true u will have to apply for WES fswp package..

hi friends, i've just submitted my application package via Fedex today. It is supposed to arrive on May 9th (local time). My NOC is 1112, I know, the hottest one last year and this year definitely. Just hope for the best! Thanks to this forum, giving me some advice when preparing my application.

1) Yes completely okay.
2) Don't worry just make sure your limit is not below the payment you need to make.
3) Nope. Only english.
4) First you need to get transcripts otherwise you can't apply for WES. Get all docs ready and then apply for WES.

My copies of my certificates are attested on Date 27 June 2013. (the one I used for FSW 2013. But they were returned due to cap reach.)
Can I use the same copies this time as well or need to attest a new one.

Ps. I am going to apply on last week of May.

I am going to re-apply for FSW this year because my FSWP 2013 application was refused because the cap has been filled up already. My returned docs has the UCI number filled with a number.

Can I use this number to fill up my application form for FSW 2014?
Or should I keep the UCI # field blank?

Hi,

For the Schedule 3 form, when I searched I found it there in CIC and (MAY 2013) next to the name, so I used the one I filled last year.
After sending my application I found that inside the form the footer says (8-2013) and there is one different:
in 3b "ESDC" in the new form instead of "HRSDC" in the old form.

What should I do now? resend the whole package? or just this form explaining what happened?

Please advise as soon as possible as I already sent my application.

Since the file don not have large changes, I can suggest u to -send a Form with a cover letter mentioning ur DOB,PP number, Name and Application received date...U may be recovered if the two does not have changes rather than u mentioend (only ESDC/HRSDC)...

And re-iterating my thoughts again that he is not asking +1 for himself. Many of us are newbies here and don't even know that there is something like a +1 here in the forum.
