Hi,
One of my previous company doesn't provide experience letter with roles and responsibilities as it is against the company policy.
Had a email conversation with the company hr that there wouldn't be able to provide an experience letter with the required format.
So i did notarized the self declaration with roles and responsibilities and also had one from my colleague (worked with me in that company) .
Do i have to send the original notarized letters to CIC or just a photocopy of it?
Along with them i will send the offfer letter + resignation letter+email conversation with hr+last 3mnths payslip+latest form16+appraisal letter/hike letter+certifications

I see in cic website to avoid sending unnecessary documents.But sending all the above documents will give them a clear picture of my job ,role,salary.
Please guide..

For me it is one line: 1- we received your app... on 7 May 2014.

To any who got CC/DD charged/encashed but still do not have PERs yet..

Yesterday I almost lose my hope on my application since I did not hear any news on my PER as yet, I also sent email asking CIC since 10 July and finally got replied on 21 August (30 days!) saying that "Your file has been transferred to the visa office in Singapore for further assessment/decision". Again I haven't received PER but my application is simply TRANSFERRED to VO..amazing.

My status is showing "IN PROCESS" in ECAS.

So I wish this brings hope back to you guys..I am 7th May application....Whoo hoooooooooo

I have questions how many weeks do I have to wait before I hear from Local Visa office (Delhi in my case)

Dear Seniors,

I have some doubts about PCC and POF as well.

1.Yesterday I visited Local SP office(M.P) for PCC but I was really disappointed with the response of them, local police say that PCC will be issued only by passport office and if, they get request from Immigration dept.(Letter from immigration requesting PCC) then they will issue.
So my question is should I apply online in passportindia.gov.in if Yes then does it work for Canada FSW or should I wait for request from immigration for PCC.
I guess PCC can be availed before the request from VO right? .

2. For POF if I deposit money in FD today and take the FD certificate after 2 or 3 days , does it work for POF.

Pls clarify seniors members from india.

@ ahmad,

you're quite late in applying for 1112... pls revisit your last 10 yrs' Work history... if you have any other Work-ex (min. 1 yr) in related NOC's (viz., 0111/ 1111/ 1113/ 1114/ 1212 etc)... better to be safe than sorry !! 8)

what are the general expectations , in which month most people from NDVO will get Medical Request who received their PER in the month up to July ?

Hi ,

I am new to this forum.
Please let me know its right time to apply under 2173-software engineer.I have ielts,waiting for WES report,have docs ready but few doubts.

1.I dont have my surname\family name on passport therefore not able to validate generic form IMM0008.

2. I have lost my degree certificate,have sent provissional degree to WES.I have fir for lost degree and advertisement in newspaper but collge will issue duplicate after 2-3 months so WES report will be sufficient with copy of provisional degree.

3.I live and work in gurgaon,haryana in a PG\Flat and dont have any adress proof and my permanent adress is of Punjab which is on passport and i have filled punjab adress on application forms as correspondence adress and residential also...SO I NEED PCC FROM PUNJAB OR HARYANA?

4.how to write name in native language on background form?


5.Do I need to mention all adresses of all states where I have stayed.
