All you have to do is wait for communication from NDVO.varuen said:Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!
Brother Oscar & Century had already provided some lights on this before a month or so. However, still confused about communication channel.
How can we update the local visa office about any change in our file? Mine is NDVO. Because email communication is very poor. They take so much time in responding.
And there is a link where case specific inquiry form is available where we have to provide our details regarding any update. But even after that the same query. it will reach to email communication and that would not be the quick.
If I talk about my case, once my file gets transferred to NDVO, i have to inform them about new passport for me & my wife.
Our old passports were valid but both of our passport were carrying the name of before our marriage.
For example my wife was having her full name & surname of before marriage. And in my passport the spouse section was blank.
Now the pain area for me is that how i will inform NDVO that my old passport is no more valid and we have new passport, and in a way the name for my spouse in the application will also change.
Also, it is a matter of worry that should I send the hard copy of updated passport to NDVO, if yes then how (to which address/addressing what exactly)?
Also, as the name of my spouse is now of after her marraige and the app form is having her signature and name of her older passport which was her name before marriage. then will I be asked for updated forms?
Guys please help. This is killing me and making me nervous. I am the FSW 2014 applicant. And can expect PER in a month or so.
So, what you can do is wait for AOR and update them with new info. or
incase if you don't receive AOR then just send then email them your new detail along with a copy of PER email and a cover letter. Soft copy will do. Email them at
DELHI-IMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca (But on website it says it not available due to technical issue.
Check source link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions/new-delhi.asp
You can update them regarding New Passport even at the time of PPR request.
P.S.: As far as I know they will ask you to submit valid passport detail at the time of MR & RPRF.
