Points are only given for close relatives, you need to send any document for them as you are not going to get any points.
Apart from that, everything else looks good to me.

5 Points will be awarded in this case for adaptability. Relatives mean the folowing as per CIC :

Relatives in Canada
You, or, if it applies, your spouse or common-law partner, have a relative, either a

parent,
grandparent,
child,
grandchild,
child of a parent (sibling),
child of a grandparent (aunt or uncle), or
grandchild of a parent (niece or nephew), who is
living in Canada
18 years or older and
a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

Here maternal uncle will qualify as "child of a grandparent (aunt or uncle)"

Highly unlikely. Note that a very high percentage of the 2174 applications were sent by 9th May since there were hundreds of folks ready with everything from last year. As per spreadsheet almost 65% of the total May 14 applns for 2174 were received by 9th May and almost 80% by 14th May. So post these dates the CAP numbers will fill relatively slowly.

I think today might be a optional holiday. It seems today is a discovery day for them. Hence no PERs or Encashments

More or less i agree withh you and offcourse we want out forum mates to be in the race but again its really ver difficult to guess how many files were returned in 2013 for 2174 due to CAP , China is a big factor which is missing from our spread sheet . I ma also praying to be proved wrong but i think they have some other criteria then the PER tio consider the CAP.
