I sent my documents under NOC 1111 on 05th august....received on 8th august....so far under my category 42 PER issued....i am worried by the time they assess my file cap will reach...can anyone suggest looking to the trend am i late for the said category

Friends a need a Big help from you all

My Employer doesn't give Experience certificates as requested by CIC . i have been trying since few weeks but I dont see any hopes of getting the Employment letter in prescribed format ..... PLEASE HELP and SUGGEST ALTERNATIVE

I am planning to provide below documents in-order to show my work experience ... Please check and inform ... wat other documents i can submit ...

1. Appointment letter ( present and earlier)
2. Payslips (from past 6 months)
3. My visiting card issued by company
4. Company identity card
5. There is one standard document explaining job description of each role in my company .. i can submit this
6. Online experience certificate indicating my date of joining the company

Apart from these docs, also submit form 16s for the last 3 years, relieving letters from earlier companies if applicable, affidavits from seniors in your company in lieu of the employment ref letter. Also explain on self affidavit that you are providing these alternate details as you are unable to get the required letter from your employer.

If your employer has communicated this decision to you on mail or in written, do attach the copy of this communication as well.

Thank you brother Osar. I will check and rechek. The forum is the only source that I have, all my friends have no idea about FSW and i cancelled contract with consultant because they were not doing anything. Only taking money. Thanks so much

No need to worry. 1000 cap will take a long time. You should hear from CIC by around mid October or a little later.

Anyone else whose application was received in the first week of May and yet not received any info from CIC ?
