mr oscar has a valid point as cic has never said to send pcc within its issued three months as claimed in the post. that is incorrect statement made on behalf of cic. cic has only said that the certificate should not be issued more than three months prior to applying to fsw or at cic. and as explained by mr oscar what if the pcc comes 5 days after applying to cic, how can that be invalid if a pcc that came 5 days further ago was not old or invalid? that is a very simple point. mr oscar is right

if someone received the pcc just after application submission he will have to hold it with self until the time per is issued and until vo asks for it, if the application has already been posted by the time pcc came. that again needs no explaining

it seems very wrong though that you having written 15 posts are trying to poke fun at mr oscar

About the photographs, do I need to provide photographs for all my family members even though they are not coming nor will they be coming in the future to canada?

I will only be going with my wife. Do I need to provide photos of my mother, father, sister etc?

In one of the paragraphs, I just wrote, "I have calculate my point total as follows:
-- for Education, XX, based on my WES ECA of YYY,
-- for Language, XX, based on my IELTS scores of Y in Speaking, Y in Listening, ...
...

for a total of 71, which exceeds the pass mark of 67."

12a write your primary NOC, 12b write the NOC of the jobs you've had... pretty self-explanatory.

In your 12 b, if you have a entry like test engineer - 2171

Than in your 12 a you should enter test engineer -2171, if that's your primary NOC.

In the guide it says "Identify the primary occupation and corresponding four-digit NOC 2011 code that will be used to assess whether your application meets the minimum program requirements. Choose one occupation from the list you provide in your answer to 12b)."

The second sentence is important I think.
