In one of the forms you are asked to list your occupations within the last 10 preceding years and to include their NOC. Should you mention the ones that have nothing to do with the federal skilled worker NOCs as well? Or only the ones related to the NOCs they are accepting?

For example should I mention being a material analyst if that is not in the list of admission for this year?
"All" means "all."

Plus, you have to fill out all activities for the past 10 years in your background declaration form. Do you think it's a good idea for there to be a mismatch between that form and your schedule 3?

In the economic class form they tell you question 12 A - they tell you identify the primary occupation and corresponding NOC. Should I write the name of my occupation or the name of the occupation as it is presented in the NOC? My occupation name is Logistics Coordinator, but I am applying for purchasing manager.
Write the title of the NOC.

It seems that both my spouse and I are required to fill the additional family information form. When she does it, under applicant, should she put her name and I would be the spouse or does she do it the same way I did it (myself as applicant)? I am the main applicant btw.
yes

3 - There are a number of forms that I don't think I have anything to fill in: for example use of representative and separation and statutory declaration. Should I just forget about them and not even put them in my application?
3. Yes you only fill those in if they apply to you.

Secondly,i have recived a clear answer regards Police Clearance certificate from Karachi Pakistan,do i have get it done from Local Police station or SP office ?? with that being said,do i have to get this document attested from forign affair pakistan ??
If you can cash in these national bonds anytime you like, they are valid settlement funds. Doesn't need to be notarized.

Hey man, you seem to know a lot. How would you answer this question? I got mixed answers:

In the economic class form they tell you in question 12 A - to identify the primary occupation and corresponding NOC. Should I write the name of my occupation title (Logistics coordinator) or the name of the occupation as it is presented in the NOC that I am applying (purchasing manager)? My occupation name is Logistics Coordinator, but I am applying for purchasing manager. I am referring to the economic class form btw. Also, there seems to not be enough room to write in the pdf form. May I just write under occupation and duties "another sheet" and attach a sheet with the name and description?
@daniel, man you should write the official job title you have. Remember that cic will assess if your current or pass work experience match with the eligible NOC and in your case Purchasing Manager. Duties and responsibilities should match with the NOC as described on Canada HSDRC.

Meanwhile, you should maximize writing all the job descrption on the form. No need for addl sheet. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Brothers/sisters,

I am almost ready with my application. Just to clear some doubts, here are some questions that I have:

1. The following two forms do not signature space. Do I still have to sign anywhere on the application?
- Supplementary information - your travels
- Fee payment form (I am paying by DD)

2. Do I have to sign and date on the additional sheets? e.g I have additional sheets for Schedule A, Additional Family Info. etc
3. Do I have to attach a copy of my CV?

Seniors, pls advise...........

I'm a bit confused regarding section 12b in schedule 3 form.

This form asks us to list occupations within the 10 years preceding the date of your application. I thought I was going to include ALL occupations over the past 10 years. However, I just realise that the instruction guide states that 'List only occupations falls in Skill Type 0, Skill Level A, B of NOC 2011. I'm not sure what to do......

One of my occupations within the past 10 years is in Credit Risk management area and does not fall in occupations of NOC 2011, plus previous supervisor left the company already, so no reference letter can be provided. Should I list this occupation in the section 12b or not??
I'm willing to bet that credit risk management falls under skill type 0 or skill level A or B. Find the applicable NOC and list it.

You can get a letter from the company itself (HR?) or from your former supervisor even if he/she is now in a different company. It's worth points.

Hello All

I am gathering all my documents to apply .

Basically i belongs to Conference and event planners (1226) category where all my duties are mentioned. but this category is not available to apply under FSW 2014.

so the nearest category 1123 Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations where my 30 - 50 % duties match but these are not primary duties.

So i was think there is no harm in trying , what do you people advice.

thank you for your advice

regards

Ahmad
Do you have experience in one of the eligible NOCs in a former job?

You should get a letter that is honest about your duties. If they match enough you will be accepted, otherwise not.

You should not fabricate duties or obtain a dishonest letter. This is a misrepresentation that is illegal and will get you rejected and possibly banned from Canada for 2 years or longer. And it is possible that the local visa office will contact your employer to verify the contents of the letter. Some applicants are verified, some aren't.

Good luck.

Thanks for your reply. So, what you mean is, I must include all occupations in the personal history in background declaration form, but can ignore this particular occupation (which is NOT under Type 0, Skill Level A, B of NOC 2011) in schedule 3 form. And I don't need to collect reference letter for this occupation (which is NOT under Type 0, Skill Level A, B of NOC 2011). Is that right?? Do I need to explain this in a cover letter?
I sure would. But like I said, I think it is under 0/A/B. 1114 if nowhere else. Browse the NOC (including NOCs not eligible) and make sure!

I am a 15th May applicant from INDIA. I am doing my PR procedure own my own without any consultant's help. When I came to know from our network that 15th May applicants may be charged shortly, I just started enquiry about my future PCC. In my enquiry, I came to know that to issue the PCC, my passport needs to be completed in all manners i.e. if I am married, my Spouse's name should be compulsory included in my passport otherwise my PCC procedure will be incomplete during police inquiry. And since I am married, I had to rush to re-issue the passport and fortunately got my new passport which shows my wife's name.

But now I am confused because as I have not received PER e-mail, how can I contact CIC to let them know about my new passport details? I am in dilemma, should I wait for my PER or should I directly e-mail CIC to inform my new passport details? If so, then on which e-mail ID should I communicate this? Should I also send mail by courier by sending them certified copies of my cancelled passport & new passport?
I am eagerly awaiting for the sure suggestion from anybody who can shed some light on this subject.

Thanks a lot in advance...

Hello Friends,

I am an Indian who worked in US from 2006 to 2010, could someone advice how to obtain PCC for this stay since now i no longer work in US and now in India?
Read CIC's guide or google FBI police certificate. You can easily obtain a FBI PCC from anywhere in the world, just fill in the form and send your fingerprints.
