Hello Friends,

I am an Indian who worked in US from 2006 to 2010, could someone advice how to obtain PCC for this stay since now i no longer work in US and now in India?
All you need to do is get your fingerprints on a FBI fingerprint card and send it with the correct payment to the FBI's address in Clarksburg, WV

Hi friends,

I have a question about photo requirements. Can i write date when photo was taken on the back side of it by hand using ball pen, or this date should be stamped by photo agency?

Thank you!

Also for Finance category (1112, 0111, 1111, 1212, 1114 etc.), I think its not possible to get the accurate picture from the SS. The reason behind this I think people from this sector will not spend enough time on the internet for R&D and if they find the SS they might find that complicated and avoid updating it. Also they will most likely use a representative to fill their application. Thats why the SS is currently showing a difference between CIC cap and SS application of 1112. The CIC cap for 1112 is around 200 but application registered in SS is around like 150 till date.

On the other hand for IT its like 25% to 30% for top IT NOCs compared to CIC data and SS data.
I completely agree on that analysis..i think most of the 1112 category applicants belong to the upcoming outsourcing companies in business services in the South Asian region...widout any bias to other professions I believe dat d work demand and work pressure is much tougher in these finance related jobs...so they definitely would not b regular on these forums.. I know that there is a sharp drop in all the categories applications post 14 may but i think that might not be so sharp in 1112 category though SS might indicate that.

But this is just an educated guess frm my end...any1 thinking to apply in this category still shuld go ahead better to do d karma. might just help one prepare for 2015 express entry after all people rejected in 2013 due to cap were d best prepared to apply for 2014.

Hello Friends,

Seeking advice related to reference letters for employment proof. I have Offer letter, experience letter(does not contain job description and hours per week info within it), latest employer pay stubs and form 16. My employment history spans across 3 companies, first 2004-2010, second 2010-June 2013, current June 2013 till date. Are we supposed to get reference letters from all the three employers or getting it from my current employer(for continuous last 1 year+) would suffice as it matches the job code i am applying for.

Thanks in advance!

To get full 15 points for work experience you should get reference letters from employers where you worked in last ten years and remember job description is very important.

[size=9pt] Brother, I am not from this NOC so if you want me to help request you to do a bit of modification to the question asked.

I would ask you to copy and paste the NOC guidelines for this NOC along with the below. Also color code similar roles in both these (i.e. in the NOC guideline and in your below format) in one set of color for each line, thereby using a variety of colors like red, green, purple, blue, black etc. to code similar lines from both in one color. That way it becomes very easy for any layman to review (please make it easy for the reviewer). And yes, also treat CIO guys as layman (rather than experts on your NOC) to get through this hurdle; the key is a good match of 'keywords' and to build similar sentences by keying in specific words that match with your current role. That way you will 100% be safe. If you already know this is too technical, and not generic as asked by CIC, you might be drifting on the wrong path so better make a U-turn quickly.

PS - If you color code as I said above, I am happy to review & provide specific input. Cheers!! :)

You need to provide the reference letters from all your previous organisations or else that experience will not be counted to provide you score for experience

I am 12th May applicant and am yet to receive my PER. I have however received the PCC now. Should I send it right now or wait for the local VO to ask for the same?
How long is a PCC valid?
