Hello

I submitted my application under FSW category ,without PCC in May 2014 since I did not have it then. I have not recieved any communication from CIC so far. Should I send my PCCs or should I wait till I get a request for it.
Also, I want to block (for a security reason) the credit card, details of which I had submitted to CIC for payment. Is there any way I can change the mode of payment given that i have not heard anything on my application so far.

Definitely choose CPC-O, no way it will take more than the 1.5 years you have left on your USA visa.

Also, I have a 1 yr old daughter who has a US passport. I'd still need to apply for her FSW r8?

I believe yuo can courier your passport yes.

Yes you must include your daughter on the application.

When you request your PPR and by chance if you are in India then you can request CPC-O to change you VO to NDVO for stamping. I have seen so many cases like that and they actually have done that,

Does this mean CIC has alreday started processing May20th application??????

Dear all, At least two people have reported that their May 20th application has been returned due to a payment issue. Does this means that CIC has another process going on to check payments besides the fee charge and PER process that we all very well know of? May be!!! : And of course dates for this one is farther than the dates for both the fee charge and PER ones i.e. they are on May 20th applications received for checking the payment issues. Not sure what to make of this, but is something new altogether!!! :

The two folks are:

1 - parikhhg68 - (for NOC 3111) - A doctor

2 - 2132_mech_engr - (for NOC 2132) - An engineer

2132_mech_engr in fact learned of this via a reply from CIC on his earlier sent email to enquire about the status of his application. Thanks for sharing this mate!!! Sorry to hear of the issue though!

I believe yuo can courier your passport yes. Bro FYI: If someone is Indian citizen and having India passport, you CAN NOT post your passport. Please don't take a chance. It considered illegal according to Indian Law.

Thanks . As per the SS, 64 applications have been made. If it is 10% of population, i guess 640 apps have reached so far. So, doubting the CAP limit till end of Sept. Just trying to rationalize my assumption.

4) Generic form
5) Travel Info Form
6) WES report (Original), along with graduation , 10th , 12 notarized copies
7) Employment joining, relieving , payslips (Salary certificate) Reference letter, form-16 (Incase of absence of reference letter email from senior colleague with a statutory declaration, and tax declaration receipts from 2011.
8) IELTS( Original)
9) PCC ( Original )
10) Passport front and back, PAN card, Birth Certificate ( All notarized )
11)Photos 6 - (5 written my name at the back with DOB and date the photo was taken)
12) 2 labels with my address
13) Document check-list
