Apply with all possible speed and try to fit into 2173 if you can (while remaining honest). Nobody can say when the cap will be filled, but 2173 is medium hot and 2174 is nuclear hot.

Do we need to notarize all the filled application forms and enclose them with originals ?
~I didnt get the question i guess .. but CIC forms need to be printed out and signed in person, not notarized

Do we need to notarize the photocopies of Fixed Deposits's ?
~FD needs to be a bank statement, they normally add there stamp and sign , no need to notarize since its a original statement.

Do we need to notarize photocopies of the employer reference letters ?
~if its on a company letter head and signed , then its orginal copy -agin no need to notarize.

Snrs feel free to correct me here...

Only translated documents, that is documents translated from native languages to English or French need to be notarized. But if you can afford to notarize your other photo copied documents, you see free to do so.

Sir, if the experience of 10 months and 3 months are in the same NOC, you know you have scaled the bar. That's over one year and attracts extra points

Sir i am working as stock sub broker from Aug 2009 . i have certificate of registration from the regulator which is SEBI and company i am working with is Angel Broking Ltd.....company has given me reference letter for being a authorised person on his letter head...

Is that enough to proove my eligibility for Getting PR under 1113 noc

I have 6years of total experience in that only two are for NOC1112, So in total how many points i will be rewarded? Will they consider the other 4 years of experience? Please let me know

If the other 4 years are in a NOC that is at skill type 0 or skill level A or B, you will receive points. Most people on this board are working in such NOCs, so you are probably good for 6 years and max points.

What is the importance of mentioning the city of destination in the application. Suppose i mention calgary but landed in toronto and stays there. Does that have any effect in future?

When I validated the main general form, there are 2 pages for bar code. Page 4 and 5, with total 10 boxes of bar code.

Do I need to put this two pages at the top of the application package?Although there is no mention of putting them at the top, I read in the forum that we should put them at top.

Please let me know.

The instruction is to put them at the top, but the document checklist ALSO says it should go at the top of your application. Either one is fine. FYI I put the document checklist on top, and put the bar codes in the same order they printed (in other words at the bottom of the generic form) and it was no problem, I got PER. This sort of thing isn't going to make a difference.

First of all Congratualtions for your PER email..

You may send an email to your local VO stating your concern after 2 weeks.. They will work on it.. Hopefully you didn't made mistake on your application forms.. All the best..

@Ashif... no.. its a mistake from their end. My application carries the spelling of my name accurately. Which is the same as my passport. I rechecked. It seems a very silly mistake though..

Local VO it is then? Not sure how do I find the details of local VO.. I checked on CIC website but couldn't find. Any help much appreciated.
I shall meanwhile start googling...

how tough is the criteria is during the final review/decision on eligibility by visa office, as per below statement?? Any idea with past experience of someone in this forum, please?

"your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office."
