4. If you have your edit link, just open it and update your information. If you forgot to save "Edit your response" link, please resubmit and save it for future update. You old duplicate entry will be removed.

I did not submit Medicals and Polic Clearance docs...MY consultant said lets wait and if it is picked we can submit them in couple of weeks. You have to submit Medical when they request it. Possibility is if you go fo upfront medical your medical might get expired(as it has 1 year validity) by the time your Local VO start processing your file and you will have to do it again when requested. So its better to do Medical when requested.

Regarding PCC: Its not mandatory to submit PCC with original application. You can submit it later if requested.

you guys said you received PER that means your application is picked or you got Permanent resident status already? PER is basically positive eligibility review on your application. If they found you eligible in FSW 2014 program then they will issue you PER aka File Number. That does not guarantee PR but that does guarantee that you are within CAP.

I think CIC is now giving priority to work on 7,8,9 PER first to cover the backlogs and next to CC/DD encash of date 12,13 .....

I need some clarification about deposited settlement fund. I have deposited required amount at a time to my account and have been maintained till now. However, I have not moved those amount and have planned to maintain throughout the process. My question here is do I need to keep that amount constant or should I withdraw some and balance again in order to show transaction history ?

Hi Friends,

Let me tell you a case. I had been blessed with a baby on 9th May, but already prepared my application so submitted through courier on 11th May without mentioning her due to following reason.

Her name was not decided,
no official documents for birth notification was issued,
no passport / identity.

Now I am worried if there is any issue that VO will ask that why I didnt mention her in my application. You advise please on how to notify them or will there be any impact on my application?
