@Admins - I am worried now since 8th may have started getting mails and I am 7th may applicant with CC charged on 12 june.No PER yet while those with transactions b/w 11june to 18 june have received PER by 25th july as per the trend.My ECAS shows in process.


Can you tell me how do CIC communicate in case the file is rejected at this stage and by when?

I have a baby in my dependent list, accompanying with me. He is 7 months old at the time of creating my application. Do he needs a police certificate to be submitted with file?

im also a 7th may applicant, waiting for PER. My issue was the non availability of WES online report, which I promptly ordered on 1st August and it reached the same day at CIC electronically.

My DD was encashed around 20th June. There is another member in the forum who is in the same boat as me.

Here I request our seniors and fellow members to give a few tips as to when to expect the PER for people charged already. I know i have been asking this question again and again, but I know talking and communicating in this beautiful forum will help people like us to get some idea or the other from all of you.

Hello everyone!


I would like to ask for assistance to anyone who might know anything about a case similar to mine and what are the expectations.

I applied for the FSWP 2014 program, they received my application on June 10, I sent a DD together with my application and just a few moments ago I heard a news that devastated me. My bank, cancelled the DD because they noticed that it was still not encashed and it was their protocol to do it. Would there be a way for me to send a payment thru credit card to CIO? or should I send another application? I hope its not the latter because, the cap might already be reached if I send it now.

Age below 18 are no need to produce PCC. No worries pal.

Who needs a police certificate?
In general, you and all the people in your family who are 18 or older need to get a police certificate. You must get one from each country or territory where you have lived for six or more months in a row since the age of 18.

The certificate must be issued no more than three months before you apply.

If your certificate is in a language other than English or French, send it when you apply, along with the original copy of a translation done by a certified translator.

Brother, issuance of PER is not sequential to the payment charged date. Even applicant whose fees was encashed on 4th July received PER.

Note that there is only 50% of 7th May received PER and 50% is yet to receive. If you believe, 50% of applicants will not receive PER after charging, then there is issue with you . So rather than being anxious get thrilled for the good news.

Only anxious when you will see there is only 4/5 applicants left of getting PER after charging. Another way is to wait Last PER date + 7 days: if it is over, it is red alert.

So get thrilled and not anxious. Game is at the middle stage only.

You should only worry when they start issuing PER to 9th may applicants.....it will come soon...good luck!

I purchased it May 2014. Bank of Montreal. Its really devastating. Would I be able to contact CIO about this and mahbe I can opt for other payment options. I hope that I could figure out the best option before they send it back to me.

I have seen the spreadsheet as there one application is rejected due to ilets expiry after 17 days from received date . please confirm why it is rejected if application received before expiry ?

It was probably human error from review officer. Take it as rare exceptional issue. We have applicant who got charged in after IELTS expiry.
