For the time being, calm down. CIO tries 3 times. May be tomorrow they will try again.

But the more concerning news is that you are not able to find the reason of declining. Unless you find and sorted out the reason for decline, you are in deep shit.

You don't need to contact CIO. Contact the main branch of credit card company. Go there physically and sort this out. Check international credit limit you have, check whether your bank put restriction after certain amount of transaction, and check whether there is approval for international transaction.

So please let mw know, how can I contact Immigration people via mail/phone with details, to swipe it again as everthing is right with my CC,

HI, I had applied under 1112 on 5th may and my application was delivd on 12 may 2014 but i havnt heard from cic anything(no communication) so want to know is there any way we can communicate to cic (if yes where and on which email id pls) or is it wise to keep waiting for the same?

If via dd then you can confirm about ur dd status from the bank

1. Regarding my 1st employer: it was a small company with no logo (no letter w/o letter head) that doesn't exist anymore. I got the letter from the main former shareholder but in a blank paper - no logo. Will that be accepted?
2. My 2nd employer did not write any letter. So I got my contract, pay slips, national work registration, etc translated to English and sent to CIC. Will that work? Is it a common procedure accepted by them?

1. It depends on the discretion of review officer. Most likely they will accept.

2. Again, it depends on the discretion of review officer in case your contract letter contains you detail job description. It is not a common procedure to accept contract letter as job reference letter because in general, contract letter does not contain detail job description and the period of preforming the job. Kep your fingers crossed.
