POF - Real Estate Holdings (Apartment Ownership)

Please let me know if real estate holdings can be shown as POF. I ask you this because under liabilities CIC wants to know if an applicant has any liability on real estate mortgage. So, does that mean we can consider real estate for proof of funds. SENIORS, Please share your thoughts.

Hi Friends, May be I'm repeating the questions already asked in this forum. Please redirect me to the topic if that is answered already.My question is :
I'm planning to get the reference letter from one of my colleague from previous company since the company is not helping me to get a reference letter with duties and responsibilities as CIC is expecting. So I'm planning for both of the letters mentioned below.

1. Do i have to get the reference letter from a colleague done in a stamp paper (In that case what is amount of stamp paper in India) notarized ? or It has to be in a plain paper describing duties and responsibilities, hours, salary etc. with their contact details and business card

2. Also do I have to submit a affidavit or statuary declaration in a stamp paper stating the above reference letter is true (In that case what is amount of stamp paper in India) notarized?

In the absence of colleague
1. Do i have to submit an affidavit done in a stamp paper (Stamp paper amount in India?) with all the main duties and responsibilities, hours, salary etc. notarized ?

u cn show ur proprty as POF but it shuld be on the applicant name or spouse,u also need a valuation certfct of ur property and registree documnts

I have 3 years experience as a professor and 2 years experience as a analyst. Can i get 13 points or will I get only 11 points if i apply under university lecturer?

I mean will they consider only relevant experience or total experience to award marks?

Second query:
I have bachelors of commerce from India and full time 2 years MBA from India. Will i be awarded 21 marks or 23 for the same?

Regarding Schedule A – Background Declaration [IMM 5669]

For those entries where the space is insufficient, we will be adding a plain page with the information in tabular format.

So for those entries do we leave the row in the form blank?
OR fill partially, and then fill completely in the extra page?
OR mention "check additional sheet"

ALSO

If there is a very minor mistake (name spelling) in one of the documents then is it okay? Or will it be rejected?

e.g. instead of "SANJAI" it is "SANJAY"

Should I mention that in the cover letter or just submit as-is?

Hi everyone! Did you validate your IMM008 (Generic application) online or downloaded it first then filled it up electronically & validated it? I validated mine electronically but not online. Would it be ok?

I hope some-one would be able to explain me what am I suppose to do exactly? I am quite confused for my case.

I did my bachelor's from Pakistan, NED and got all my things attested from HEC for my study visa. I am done with my masters from Canada and got Canadian degree.

1) Do I still need to go for WES evaluation for my bachelor's degree and all secondary documents?
2) If yes, how can I send my things from Canada to HEC and then to WES?
3) Which original documents are supposed to be sent to HEC (everything original has already been verified 2 years ago)?
4) What things to be sent to WES?

Technically speaking, you don't need to claim point for your bachelor degree as due to ur master degree in Canada, you are getting 23 points. Expert pls comment/advice on this.

And If the name is wrong then better to include a cover letter..which will clear the confusion of the Visa officer...

Yes, it is perfectly OK. I downloaded all the forms then filled/validated those.
