fee form updated in june not in july also imm0008 updated in june so none in july

Hi,

In the fee form there is change regarding dependent child age and fee
What is the change in imm0008 form?

Also on what date of June these changes were made?

I am going to re-send my application by this week.
My birth certificate doesn't have my name mentioned on it, but i have made its translation & affidavit according to CIC requirements.
But i do have my 10th class marksheet which has my name, mother & father name & date of birth mentioned on it.

So which of the following shoul i submit?
1. birth certificate along with my 10th certificate
2. just 10th certificate???????

Bank of America, Deutsche bank or some canadian bank

I made it from thomas cook as it has nostro association with bank of america but according to shah it must be drawn on canada's local bank

This is to discourage people from sending multiple identical applications just to increase their chances, which really only clutters up CIC leading to increased processing times.
I don't think you need to worry about that if you have a fatal mistake in your first application. Because if the first one is rejected straight away, then by the time the second one is processed there would only be one application for CIC to review.

Thanks for the reply! Senior members, is it possible to send new application although previous application in same occupation is sent. Does CIC discourage or doesn't allow straight away until application is returned. Members please share any experience where application was re-sent before first application return.

No it shouldn't have an effect provided she meets the rest of the requirements and is able to achieve the 67 points...

But it should be mentioned in her work experience on the Schedule 3 form

I think in second or third week of august you will hear for payment charge for 14 th may applicants and for per you have to wait till mid sep....

Thats the reason, i wrote abt RE-VALIDATION, although i don't understand y u need to go somewhere to revalidate it. You may consider paying me for this service by donating some money to charity of your choice and praying for our success in this immigration process, or at least give + 1 every week for rest of ur life, as otherwise ur application wud have been certainly rejected as they read the BAR CODE to save the data in their system rather than manually entering it (unless its manually filled)

Technically, it should be most recent travel on top but if there is no specific instruction u may opt for any sequence....... the instruction will either be on "travel form" or CIC guidelines available on their website. Again, how long it will take to reverse the order, not more than 2 mins unless u r an avid traveler.

I cant thank this forum enough. Yes re validation saved us. We were headed for a MAJOR blunder. Whether I get thru this year or not. One thing is certain this forum and its seniors have helped me ASAP. May Allah bless them all.

As long as he signs the payment form and it is filled in properly with all his details.

Also better tell him to keep the card safe and not to anything to get it lost/stolen/cancelled.

DD is safer.

As per Charge sheet Estimate - 14th May will start charge from 8/7/2014 and 99 % by 8/28/2014.

My Guess is

Payment charge will be from 8/11/2014 and 99 % by 8/28/2014.

PER - Starts from 9/23 /2014 ( + or _ ) 5 working days.

( As per current speed PER issued for 7 May applicant - 12 June cc/dd charged - PER from 28 july )

i.e PER date - payment charge date = 46 days

So current PER speed from charge date is = 46 Days ( + or _ ) 5 working days

It may vary depends on CIC people..

Is it OK or shall I need updated bank statement and letter
