Hi Guys,

I'm really new to this forum and very much keen to apply for FSW.

I need a serious advise from masters on this forum. I need to know I am eligible for FSW or not based on below details.

The category I fall under is 2281 Computer network technicians.

My Details:

I have total 13 years of education (10 years of schooling + 3 years of Diploma in Computer Science).

I have total 12 years of work experience.

I'm 36 years old.

When I calculate points it is reaching 67 as per the details on immigration website. But I'm not sure about my EDUCATION eligibility.

I really appreciate everyone's valuable suggestion before I go for WES assessment. (If someone already knows i'm not eligible, why should i waste couple of bucks by sending my docs to WSE)

1. How much point you accounted for education?

2. If I say, WES will not recognize your diploma and actually WES might recognise it, and because of my wrong suggestion, you don't apply, will you letter held me responsible after my death at the last judgment?

I have an India passport, but it was issued in United Arab Emirates. So, in this section should I mention India or UAE?

Self attested duties won't work. Try to get it from the clients.

It is clearly mentioned in the checklist that "self declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable evidence of work experience".

Yes thats where i am in a fix now. I have reference letters from clients stating in just one line that i had purchased x stuff from them. I have purchase orders and corresspoding payments . But as a proprietor i can only state what my key roles are.
Since the main duties of my noc are exactly what i did and is pretty well documented i was confident till this evening when i came across the reason for rejection can also be self declared JD.
I would really appreciate whatever suggestions can come my way.
