Its ok .

1. Mention the full contact details of this ex-superior you are taking your letter from . Provide business card.

2. All other supporting documents (pay slip, offer letter ,employment contract etc) to prove that you have worked in this company.

3. Provide correspondence ,for instance e-mail copy , to prove that it is against the company policy and/or any other reason which they might have cited to deny you the letter.

4. Cover letter why you are unable to provide the letter on letterhead

I have sent my application through DHL from India on last Thursday (24th July 2014). If my application is received today. How much time do you think i should expect before my application is reviewed? I have applied under NOC 2171

Can you please suggest.
I have recieved my ECA report and I'm yet to file for CIC under NOC-2173..As i heard that 2173 is fast filling,i worried if i have to file it or not?Also my total experience is 10+ and worked for 2 companies.One of my employer refused to give me experience letter in CIC specified format.I have the email from them which says they refuse to give the experience letter.In this situation what should i do?

2173 and 2174 are definitely hot NOCs. I can only assume that sending application for 2173 in coming days will be pure gamble, I may be wrong here.

I got the experience letters done from 2 previous companies and my current company in maybe about 90% similar format as expected by CIC.

If your company is refusing to give a letter, then maybe you can get a letter from your manager or supervisor on simple plain paper and attach his/her business card along with it.

Experts maybe be able to correct me or add to what I suggested.

What would happened if the DD is Expired before CIC Picks up your App for Processing though the DD had 5 to 6 months validity.

You can always have your DD revalidated by the bank if you feel that expiry date is approaching and it still has not been encashed by CIC.

Seniors please advice, whether below description holds good for 2173?

Gathering Stakeholder/User Requirements and preparing the Software Requirements Specifications document.
Research/Evaluate changes in Technology and apply them in the design/development of new applications/systems.
Planning and implementation those requirements in the form of design, Enhancement like creation of DB authentication principals, system and query performance tuning and
coordinating with in the team as well as with the Client.
Contribute to the Architecture Roadmap of the Organization/Program
Contribute to the Application Design(High Level and Low Level)
Prepare the Low Level Design Document.
Handle coding of certain business critical modules. Documentation of the changes introduced.
Prepare the Unit Test Plan.
Prepare Task Breakdown Structure and effort estimates.
Assign tasks to team members.Played senior developer in the application
Assist the team as and when required.
Peer to Peer Reviews to avoid Post Delivery Defects.
End to End Testing and Release Activities

My concern is, CAP be filled by that time???. Please advice

I don't understand what kind of advice one can give you, you've spent so much money get IETLS score, ECA and everything else ready for your application. Only expense remaining is the cost of courier to send your application out. If CAP is filled before you app is processed, then they will not charge you the fees. Would you NOT send your application if someone tells you that there is a good chance of cap getting filled before your file starts processing? You know you are going to give it a try anyway.

I have a query, To show proof of Residency for your relatives in Canada

To provide evidence we have to show:
-lease agreements
-Notice of Assessment form the Canada Revenue Agency
-employers letter confirming employment
-monthly bills
-credit card invoices and bank statements

Is it okay to provide one of these like to show 3 months monthly bills only, would that be enough? Thanks!

Sorry for responding, but I will suggest you take the new bank statement.
