Please do not write things that are not true. Yes, it is extremely likely that you receive PER after CC was charged, but I remember at least 1 case where the applicant's CC was charged but got rejected during the eligibility review, so he did not receive PER.

If there was a 100% likelihood to receive PER after they charge applicants, CIC would automatically issue PER when they charge people. Of course, this is not the case.

Even i met with a person whose DD was charged but application rejected due to points not met, b'coz he not sent the reference letter and he recived letter from CIC with all clarification.

I file Got Rejected stating Incomplete.. Please let me know whether I can apply now for 2174 again.

What are the things I have change in my application apart from the below one..

1. New DD
2. New Form change
3. Whether I need to make Bank Certificate again, becz I have taken this on May 2nd? YES (either or both 3 and 4)
4. Whether I need to Take Bank Statement again ? YES (either or both 3 and 4)

and regarding the application quota does anybody knows how can we get an update for the total number of application till date ?

Did anyone got PCC from Pasport Sewa Kendra, New Delhi.. I would like to know whats the average processing time for PCC from PSK..

Yes, i got it, PSK in ITO delhi.

same day (4-5 hrs).

Steps to apply :
Fill online application and take print out of it along with all required documents and go there with in time (8:30 am - 11:30 am). Try to go before 11 am.
If your address on passport and document(address proof you are showing ) is same then same day you will get PCC.
Please take document having "Reason for PCC required" ..

"NOTE: - RK Puram PSK not provide PCC" so don't go there.

I went in morning at 11 am and got PCC stamp on my passport and PCC printout letter original in evening by 4 pm.

whats is PER ? Positive Eligibility Review. It implies that you have scored 67 points on the FSW points rating system. This happens a few weeks after your CC/DD has been charged.

I haven't include Supplementary Travels as I felts that I have changed my passport and new passport is not having any onsite travel...

My present company is not providing me with the Experience/Reference letter. They feel that if I was given one,I would get the PR tomorrow and leave the company the next day.
My managers are also not supporting me with any of their business cards,authorizing my roles with their signatures in a plain paper...
I have 3.5 years of experience in this company as of now.
I have my appointment letter, increment letters, Pay slips for this company but for the reference letter stating my roles.
Can any one provide me a format for affidavit so that I can get a notarized copy stating that my company's policy restricts the provision of the letter ?

Yes. I am assuming you got your package back in which case you have your IELTS score sheet with you (and ECA).

Please review the Document checklist thoroughly at this moment before rushing in to resend the application. Double check everything.
