me too, still awaiting for PER mail from CIC. but i did checked my ECAS status and it shows we have recd your app on 7th May. so does it mean that my DD is encashed ? i didn't checked it with bank though.SZA123 said:Hello 7th May applicants,
Did anyone of you receive PER email from CIC? I got information from my bank that demand draft is charged on 3rd July but still no communication from CIC? Please share the updates.
Thanks and regards,
It is mentioned by various people on the forum to fill this form by applicant and spouse both, but isn't it to be filled by only applicant as spouse information is asked in the same form? Your Answer : Don't be silly. Various people on the forum has said and also on the checklist it is mentioned both of you must fill up this form separately.
When I read the guidelines or document checklist it says:
Supplementary Information: Your Travels (IMM 5562)
Who needs to fill out this application form?
This form must be completed by:
you, the principal applicant;
You must complete all sections including those for your spouse or common law partner (whether accompanying or not) and each dependent child over the age of 18 (whether accompanying or not). Where is it mentioned that spouse has to fill it separately? If you can quote it from any document given by CIC?
II. Question 12: I am applying under NOC 1123 and my relevant designation is Marketing Coordinator in which I have worked for almost 4.5 years. Should I mention Marketing Coordinator here or is it necessary to mention one of the designations which are mentioned in the NOC Guide?I guess you missed to answer this question for me
Question 12: In the duties section I will only list those jobs which are relevant to my NOC only or all jobs I have done previously? Your Answer : All jobs
Guidelines Says:
b) Starting with your current occupation, list all of the occupations that you have had in the 10 years preceding the date of your application.
Note: List only occupations that fall in Skill Type 0, Skill Levels A or B of NOC 2011.
My question is what If certain jobs which I have done does not fall under the 50 occupations of NOC 2011 as I have to mention the NOC code for all those jobs as well?
I wonder how is an education 18.5yrs.. : check ur degree what length program did u do. Like 2yrs masters n 4yrs bachelors.. It might took u look to complete any particular degree but check ur degree n write whts written on it.immigrationland said:1. My education is 18.5 years
Shall I write 18 years or 19 years or 18.5 (with pen ) in generic application
2. In generic application – dependents section
a. My spouse does not have surname, (I saw in cic cwebsite that if not surname then write the given name in surname place and write not applicable at given name place) – if I write like this then , the name is showing like – Not applicable.A – what should I do – My spouse name is not Not applicable
Hi, first of all, total years of education is irrelevant, CIC is not concerned with your early education.gandhinish said:Since I am in urgent need of this info, I am reposting it again. Do not consider this as Spam...
This is regarding the recent envelopes of the documents sent to WES Canada.
now to give the background, I have done Bachelors of Computer Engineering and prior to that I had done Diploma in Industrial Electronics.
The recent package of docs that I have sent to WES includes 2 envelopes:
1. Bachelors of Engineering marksheets and convocation
2. Diploma in Industrial Electronics marksheets and diploma certificate.
Now What I want to know here is what will be the outcome of the WES reports and more specifically how many points I will be able to claim from CIC as per WES report?
After SSC i.e. Standard 10th I joined Diploma which was 4 year course (normally its 3 year but this was Semester Sandwich Pattern which includes Inplant Training or Internship of 2 semesters.) Followed by Engineering of 3 years(direct joining into 2nd Year after Diploma)
All these affliated from Mumbai University (Engineering) and Mumbai State Board of Technical Education (Diploma).
Long story short:
Total years of Education 10+4+3 = 17 years
What will be my report as per WES and what will be points that I can claim from CIC?

Same as you, sameerarena. Your DD probably was encashed after CIC checked if your application package was completed.sameerarena said:me too, still awaiting for PER mail from CIC. but i did checked my ECAS status and it shows we have recd your app on 7th May. so does it mean that my DD is encashed ? i didn't checked it with bank though.
