so i have to mention those 2 months also in the address (the address where i stay in india is same for all visits)
or
shall i mention from 2007 iam staying in dubai ( but 2 months i have gap as i visit india)

Yes you need to write each designation.
In my previous company i worked for NOC 2232 for 1 year and after that I am working with other company in NOC 2132....Should I mention both NOC's in Work history?

I. Application Details -> Question 7: Have you received your Certificat de Sélection du Québec (CSQ)? What to select here? 7a) Yes or No? And if No then what to write in 7c? Answer : Answer the previous question where do you intend to live in Canada. Question 7 will be grayed out automatically.
II. Education/Occupation Details -> Question 3: What to write in current occupation? It should be my current designation or relevant category name? e.g. my designation right now is executive director and I am applying under 1123 so I am taking my previous job of marketing coordinator to apply. So I write executive director or marketing coordinator?
Answer: Current designation
III. Education/Occupation Details -> Question 4: What to write in Intended occupation? My desired NOC name with NOC code? i.e. marketing coordinator 1123? Answer : Correct
2. Schedule A: Background Declaration
I. Question 4: If I do not know the complete DOB of my father/mother, it was mentioned in the guide to use * sign but I cannot type it in the PDF. What's the solution to indicate *? Answer : Check your Parents' passports
II. Personal History -> Question 8: What is meant by personal history? Does it mean my Job history where I have been working in last 10 years? Answer : Everything including Job , Education etc Make sure there is no gap in timeline
III. Addresses -> Question 12: What is meant by Addresses? Does it means where I have lived in last 10 years? Even if there is a change in my address within the same city I have to mention that? Yes
3. Supplementary Information - Your Travels:
I. It is mentioned by various people on the forum to fill this form by applicant and spouse both, but isn't it to be filled by only applicant as spouse information is asked in the same form? Answer : Don't be silly. Various people on the forum has said and also on the checklist it is mentioned both of you must fill up this form separately.
II. PDF says the form cannot be saved and one should print it after filling. Is this issue with me only or everyone?Answer : Everyone
4. Schedule 3: Economic Classes-Federal Skilled Workers
I. Question 11: If I am showing CAD $15000 in settlement funds, do I have to mention the same amount in assets as well? Answer : Yes including any other assets which you may have
II. Question 12: I am applying under NOC 1123 and my relevant designation is Marketing Coordinator in which I have worked for almost 4.5 years. Should I mention Marketing Coordinator here or is it necessary to mention one of the designations which are mentioned in the NOC Guide?
III. Question 12: In the duties section I will only list those jobs which are relevant to my NOC only or all jobs I have done previously?Answer : All jobs
IV. Question 12: Form provide only 5 boxes to write duties for each job. Should we write all the duties which we have mentioned in the reference letters? Answer : you can use separate sheet
5. Additional Family Information:
I. In Section C do I have to mention details about my siblings a well? Although they are not part of the immigration? I am applying with my spouse. Answer : Yes you have to . Also your spouse needs to mention details about his siblings on his form separately
6. A general query after reading all the forms related to applicant mobility
There are 3 different areas where dates have been asked for the person's mobility. Personal History, Addresses and Travel History. Can anyone differentiate between these 3 details? I have mentioned my own assumption above against every heading but juts need further clarification in case I am wrong.

This is what the form IMM5562E clearly mentions - "List all trips you, and if applicable, your family members have taken outside your country of origin or of residence in the last 10 years".
So your trips between UAE and India do not have to go into the form - at all!

It is suggested to avoid use of pen since generic form is a barcoded form .....
