Regarding Settlement Funds,

Is it okay if the statement and bank certification letter are before May 1st. Example : I have letters from 28th and 30th April, 2014. IS this fine or should I get proof which is of May 1st or later ?

Its only for Grads and post grads. Never heard of 10th & 12th so far

My company provides Bonafide letters stating name,designation,date of joining only in the their predefined format for specific purposes only.
They dont provide a bonafide letter for immigration or visa application.

The purpose mentioned on the bonafide letter is applying for a tourist visa/ complete bank formalities/ applying for police clearance.
Please suggest, if this would be valid.

Take the one close to it, for example for a Visa. And file an affidavit saying that your company does not provide the letter and this is the closest you can get.

THough i have 5+ yrs exp with 2+ yrs exp as Human Resource Manager and the designation and duration is mentioned in the experience letters, i dont have the duites mentioned and neither iwould be able to get it as per the company norms...

Will these exp letters with only designation which exactly matches as per the NOC code with duration would be sufficient

No it wont be sufficient. You have to get duties on.

"Reference letters in the required format are necessary, please try your best to get them. If after all efforts you are unable to obtain a work reference letter, then you should provide a solemn declaration / affidavit explaining in detail why are you unable to do so. The officers at the VO are aware of the fact that different employers have different policies towards issuing such adhoc letters and may not cooperate in issuing such a letter. Please do attach all your employment records with the declaration. I was unable to obtain a work reference letter from one of my employers and did the same. However please bear in mind that the final decision rests with the visa officer handling your case."

I have that letter and I shall enclose the notarized copy of the same.

Kindly suggest if the certified copies of translation of documents need to be original or photocopies will work.
I am having scanned copied of translations although the notarized declaration is original.

Question regarding ECA in WES-

--Other than Bachelor and Masters does it require sending HSC, SSC documents as well? From WES website I couldn’t figure out the info!

--For the case of my Bachelor, I have my official full transcript (sealed), after I completed my BBA, before applying for masters I collected 3 copies of official transcripts, and I still have 2 copies with me!! So can I use that sealed transcript which is never opened and given date of year 2008. Is the year given may cause problem!?

--Again for the case of foreign university if I send “”Academic records request form”” by email (after putting WES ref number, fill all info, sign it and then I may scan it and email to the university) and university may print and insert it in the sealed envelope, is it going to be ok? Or real signed copy of that form is required?

Hope I explained it properly! Experts please answer!!....

In my case I used FedEx....In my experience it proved the fastest couirer both from Bangladesh and Inside canada...

U can select 1 day shipping... (30 CAD required for me...)

That's what I've been told as well, several different FedEx offices confirmed they will be able to ship my application overnight, from Chicago. And then at the last moment, when I brought my application to them on the 1st of May, they said they can't ship overnight specifically to this part of Canada (49 Dorchester st. in Sydney) and the earliest estimated delivery date is 6th of May.

I'm still kind of angry at them as they couldn't keep their promise and they've set me up.
Though it seems like for some people it takes just 2 days to deliver the application. I don't understand, what's the reason behind this and where's the logic.

I have a minor who does not yet have a passport. It will take 3-6 weeks to get the passport and I will start the process tomorrow.
Can somebody please let me know if a birth certificate will do for the US citizen?
Also, are the photographs required to be sent with the application or can be done afterwards?

Same here .. am not Waitin for passport sending with birth certi.. rest god will decide
