Last monday it was not encashed ..they told they will inform me once encashed no news still..i m 2172 DD applicant.main problem is my DD validity expires on 26 th ..donno wt will happen.

26th of July? When was it issued?

CIC states that DDs should retain 5 months of validity when received.

Hello Friends ,I want to ask about the POF ..is it necessary to have the required amount i-e CAD 11824 for atleast six months in your account? I mean if I deposit the amount today and make my account equivalent to $11824 and ask my bank to issue statement after 2 or 3 days ,its ok to do that ?

So long as that money is really yours, then yes.

Hi,
I have a question regarding FSW 2014.

I applied as a "single" applicant in May 2014. Suppose I get PER in the month of Jul or Aug this year.

I am going to get married in the month of Sep 2014.
What documents I need to submit CIC to add my wife in that applications?
Whether I need to submit her WES attested Degree, IELTS, additional proof of funds etc!! I am not clear. Please clarify.

Congratulations.

After your local VO contacts you, you will need to let them know that you want to add your new wife to the application. Read the document checklist again. Everything that a spouse must submit, you will have to submit for her, including background declaration, additional family information, passport, BC, PCC, picture, marriage certificate, etc. No need for WES or IELTS. You will also need to make sure your proved settlement funds is enough for the 2 of you not just one.

It should not be a problem to add your new wife to your application, but you can expect it to somewhat delay the processing.

HI everyone,!!! I will have my IELTS results on 23rd july and then if I get the desired bands, I will meet the criteria of 67 points. I will have to start my process after that, I think it will take more 20 days as I need to prepare my ECA also. BTW I am applying for 0112 HR manager. Do you guys think I will be too late for me to apply?...are there any chances of 0112 meeting the cap too early...am very confused, till now only 3 applications have been accepted...are there anyone still to apply????...

In this NOC you are fine.

But you can start your ECA even before your IELTS.

Don't fill in anything under "have you ever used another name?" That is for aliases or legal name changes other than a woman changing her name at marriage.

For my wife, I have stated "used other name" and then mentioned her pre-marriage name.

You visa office is New Delhi. Nothing is called NVDO. Saleem actually meant NDVO i.e. New Delhi Visa Office. We forumites use this abbreviation and not by CIC.
