I can see in our SS , few NOC application date under Apps by NOC / Cap estimates , showing 2015 as estimated date for cap to fill...
But thing to remember is CIC is goin to discontinue acceptance of paper application from 1st of Jan 2015 to make Express entry as success...

Dont you think, we should alter it to 31 Dec 2014 (i know its automated date calculation) or let me know if i am missing some thing.

If both system works parallel...then no need to do any thing....correct me if i am wrong some where.

Where is the official communication from the Ministry or CIC saying they will no longer accept paper applications from 1 Jan 2015? Link please.

Do you have any information on this , if they going to run 2 system's parallel to select Skilled workers ?

Dears,

I am May 15th 2014 application received candidate
and have elected to use credit card payment method.

I am thinking of sending two more payment form
using my 2 other credit cards, to ensure the fee charging goes thru.

Hence would be sending to CIC by courier 2 more payment form
with a letter indicating my personal details
and an explanation to CIC on the purpose of second parcel.

Perhaps I can also send a DD while I am at it but
not sure whether DD can be credited back to me in case
credit card gets charged.

Hopefully, CIC would be able to locate and attach additional payment
fee form to my application.

Do we need to send educational documents along with application package`. I think they are not required as we are sending ECA. any one can u please confirm this???

It is always better to send as much supporting documentation (relevant) as possible than not sending and later realize it is the reason for rejection...

I waited for 8 months jobless and got a `impossible to get` student visa yesterday.
PR will come for sure through FSW too..

How about you read the document checklist carefully? Educational certificates are most definitely required. Don't go with what "you think" when "the answer" is easily obtained!

I am learning a lot 'on the job' lol i.e. after joining this lovely forum from people like Century, ashif, kollins, Future, Dimitry, Shah2014, neel, tknova, Goku, k_b, harka, venkat, cjg, ANANJAY, jpn, abhi, can2174, Achiever, kewl, rohan, aha, aav, Dhaka and a lot others here. Most of these guys these the DOs part but once in while someone in the forum teaches the DONTs part as well, LOL. So learning is a continuous process. And equally thankful to those who teach the don't part!!

Then some things are common sense. And most importantly there's a secret @ "magic crystal ball" though some people are starting to know about that now. :

You should be fine on this NOC by Jun 23rd. Because of the huge (i.e. 1000) intake number many lucky ones should be able to get through this time around. Unless it is a self inflicted wound (call it fate) case most everyone will be in a good place this year!!!

Why too much Worry about your card , you sent 1 that is good...just keep in touch with Bank so that they don't stop international transactions or ask them for Int Trans limits.

If you are sure you have put in all correct details, better not do any such thing. There are a lot of CC charges happening and everyone must have sent only one for with correct CC details.
Also, there is a possibility that they might push your application back to latest form receipt date, if they consider the latest document.

It's unlikely that CIC will match up your new payment form with your previously received application package. Don't bother with this.
