okk... for FSW 2014, there are a couple of other rejects already..
..will be better to keep a track if they get refunded in coming months.

I am in process of putting in my file however i noticed one discrepency.
Background
I am Principle applicant
Problem
My mother does not have her birth certificate.
Her name as per school leaving certificate is anjanabahen
her name as per my passport is anjana
her name as per driving license is anjana.
however as per schedule A background deceleration mother's name at the time of birth(madian name) is to be mentioned.
What should i mention???????
Also as per her school leaving certificate her name is anjanabahen ratilal shah and as per her driving license(post marriage) it is anjana shaileshbhai shah but as per my birth certificate name of mother is mentioned as anjanaben. its all problem with suffix "no suffix", "ben" and "bahen" what should i do i really am confused

for 1 company in india...they said they will write only basic letter...so i couldnt help it... I have attached that email with my package...

From current company where i am working in canada (6 months only :()they provided me with good detailed letter...actually amazing letter... :)

I am not much worried as i am here in Canada till 2018...Will try to fall under some or the other category to apply for PR...hoping for the best

my reference letters are quite short and described what I have done in what project, in one or two paragraph.

If this is what you do & if this duties matches duties mentioned on HRSDC website under NOC you selected, then there is nothing to worry about.
 
If I was you, I would use the name on passport and submit my 10th certificate as my DOB discarding the my BC. but if you do so you need to mention that you are submitting your 10th certificate as proof of DOB.

or you can go and get your BC created with her correct name (as on your passport) and send that.

Mine was the case , fswp 2013 app returned due to duties mismatched ... .. . . .. .
what i did was .. , I added few duties listed in under my NOC's List of duties to the previous exp letter and sent it to CIC .

And yes,as Oscar mentioned Even I didnt explain anything in the cover letter

And I think they have accepted it this time as My ECAS says in progress .
