Yes, this is in order, WES will automatically evaluate your highest educational qualification as the lower ones are stepping stones to the highest one so need to evaluate them. Your points from the evaluation of the master's supersedes the others so it's okay to use the report. Good luck to you

What did you do with the Medical Report form (IMM 1017E)? Did you paste your recent photograph and handover to the doctor? Don't we need to include this in our package?

Sorry Bro, I couldn't revert back earlier. I got my medical done in NYC, they charged $350 and they clicked my picture. I just handed them the letter from CIC requesting for medical. They said they gonna report it online directly to CIC once they get all my results. Please read the instructions from CIC.

Ashif, I'd be happy if my application is transferred to CPC-O, but the requirement to choose "visa office that serves your country of nationality or the country where you have been legally admitted for at least one year" is so ambiguous that I had to choose Kyiv as my visa office. My consultant advised me to do so for safety, as I haven't spent a whole year in U.S. yet.
It's not an issue, though

Please guys....this is an excellent forum that helps each other to file the case properly... when someone gives the opinion may b that is wrong or not the correct fact... u correct the person or give the proper solution in a good manner..instead many are using the terms that hurts the other... everyone is learning no one knows ever knows what CIC will judge... Your advice is exactly backward. Translated documents are the ONLY documents that require notarization. The Guide makes it clear what is required for translated documents.

Dear Bro,

Docs whom are on ur native language are needed to be translated and notarized....Other than this, all other docs are not mandatory for the notarization....

But if someone do so, will not harm his app....Its optional thing...

Just copies will do , and its also mentioned on the checklist " COPIES" . Notarization of such documents are not mandatory.

However for translated documents Notarization is a must , along with the translators affidavit.

Here are a few examples that will clarify how the second provision of R11 as noted above is interpreted under Canadian immigration laws:

• You are a Nigerian citizen currently studying at a university in Australia. You arrived just one month ago and your study permit is valid for 3 years. As a citizen of Nigeria, you always have the option of indicating that you want your application processed at the Canadian visa office in Accra, Ghana (which is responsible for processing permanent residence applications from Nigeria). You also have the option of selecting the visa office in Sydney, Australia, because you have been granted legal status in Australia for more than 1 year and you are currently living there. It does not matter that you have not lived in Australia for one year.

• You are a citizen of India who initially entered the United States on an H1-B work permit valid for two years. After your work permit expired, you remained in the US without valid status and never left the country. As usual, you can select the visa office in New Delhi, India for the processing of your application. Given your circumstances, you can also choose the visa office in Buffalo, New York. This is because you were initially granted legal immigration status in the United States for more than 1 year and you never left the country.

• You are Jordanian national who was admitted to the United States on a visitor visa for 6 months. After your visa expired, you left the US for 2 months. You have now come back and again you have been admitted for 6 months on a visitor visa. You cannot have your application for permanent residence processed at the visa office in Buffalo, because you have not been granted 1 year of continuous legal status in the US. You can only choose to have your application processed at the visa office in Damascus, which is responsible for processing applications for Jordanian nationals.
